    Rosacea is a skin disorder that generally effects the face. It is an inflammation that is effected by our gut and internal health. For most people, especially woman, it comes up in their 20s and 30s.

      Life is always beautiful when you have good health, for almost 4 years I was diagnosed with HPV, and I was lonely and sad, luckily for me I was addressed to a kind and great herbal doctor who helped me to restore my health back to me, he sent me the herbs that cured my HPV, completely and the test results proves I'm now negative of the virus , all thanks to you Dr.Ani John for the cure remedy for restoring my health, I will always be grateful to you for your kind gestures...

    Thank you Nerida for being so incredibly generous with your knowledge!! I came to this channel by chance and it so happened I was also suffering from a dermatitis flare up due to excessive exfoliation (0.1% tretinoin, 20% vitamin c, 2% bha and a washcloth) and what you said was revolutionary about the strength of retinoids not dictating its effectiveness. True enough I followed ur advice to get on a cortisone cream for 3 days, and I also bought the pitted and dull skin kit- within 2 weeks my skin not only calmed down, but I couldn’t even see my pores anymore. Without the 0.1% tretinoin!! I couldn’t believe it! I love the flavonoid so much I’m so glad it comes in salon size; this is really the next thing to getting a facial with Nerida, having access to her advice. Needless to say I will be sticking with this regimen for life I’m so happy. Wish I could go get a facial in the future!! Love from the Philippines. 🇵🇭

    Thank you for the video! I have type 1 rosacea (no pustules) and Ive spent years/hundreds of dollars trying to calm my rosacea. But after lots of trial and error I have found that less is more with my rosacea. I don't use cleanser except cool water, and a hyaluronic acid Moisturizer, and I have been able to achieve a dormant rosacea about 98% of the time :)

    Quick question:
    Is it still classed as Rosacea if you have all of the symptoms without ever experiencing the pimples or pustules? Is there a difference between sensitive skin & rosacea, if so what distinguishes them apart from each other?

    • @mayramedina8535
      @mayramedina8535 3 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      Yes, it is possible to have rosacea without pustules. Its called type 1 rosacea and its mostly the flushing/blushing. Type 2 rosacea is what is called Acne Rosacea. Then you have other types of rosacea that affect the nose or eyes. Rosacea causes sensitive skin because our moisture barriers tend to be more compromised. Some people can have sensitized skin, maybe from over exfoliating or using something irritating.

    I’m very curious about this... do you think that somebody with sensitive skin that doesn’t tolerate Salicylic acid well and have acne, would benefit from using an azelaic acid product?

    • @LindaIsGreen
      @LindaIsGreen 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      maybe try glycolic acid..

    • @capricorneum7745
      @capricorneum7745 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Azelaic acid is not a hydroxy/exfoliating acid. Try lactic or mandelic acid. Azelaic acid is antibacterial and anti inflammatory, so good for acne and rosacea, but doesn't exfoliate.
