- Here is my morning skincare regimen where I looked at myself and decided my skin could do with a boosting treatment. What is a boosting treatment?!? It’s when I have a little extra time in my day to give to my skin. It’s when I feel my skin is looking a little flat in color and needs a kick start. Boosting treatments have to involve stimulating the fibroblast cells. Those cells are key for our collagen and elastin formation. So enjoy my video, subscribe, and like. Thank you beauties!

Hi Nerida! Thank you so much for all the info, and sharing this! Question: I am certain ( from early teen years, and now I'm 34 ) that I break out from sunscreen. I am a Slavic woman living in LA, and I have sensitive thin pale skin. As my husband is Korean, I've tried so so many korean sunscreens, not even talking about all the American ones I have tried. Could you recommend anything, or maybe I am not aware of something. Thank you!!!!
