Greetings from Brazil my friend, I really appreciate this incredible lesson you gave us, it was exactly what I was looking for and I'm definitely already subscribed and a like is guaranteed on all videos congratulations
Nice tutorial although I got a problem that's also visible on your tutorial - the mini logo you placed on the door overlaps a bit to the front fender (let's assume it should be that way). When you put the logo this way the gap between doors and the fender isn't visible anymore which is quite annoying. Any suggestions how to walkaround this? I thought about separating objects and placing several shrink-wrapped images on the car but that way it's not too friendly for the project itself (when you design a vinyl wrap you want to have one piece for the side of the car)
How do you get it to stick to it when animating the car? I applied a shrinkwrap decal to a ball but when I animate the ball (rotating it) the decal spins on it's own axis and not with the ball like it's stuck to it
I'm trying to create a seamless pattern using a PNG logo. But when I apply the image to the base color everything that is transparent in the image turns into black color on the geometry.
You may need to parent the logo with the object: shift select the logo first (child) then the object (parent), then you can ctrl-P or right click the object and join > parent
i watched a few movies, about that topic but when i start moving object the logo does not follow properly i tried "join" with different options and "parenting? , i would like to know how to do it. :), no one cover this problem. :)
Fantastic! thank you for your tutorial, is very clear. 1 question for you: If I really wanted to print a sticker, how do I adapt the 3D logo design to the surface of the car, again in 2D, but with the correct deformation, so that when printed and applied to the real surface, it adheres correctly? Thank you!
Was it too easy? Did it help you? I would love to hear your thoughts :)
amazing work Berk!

Using Face Project snap on. No need to apply Shrink Wrap modifier.
what happens if you animate the car
bend deformer in blender?
the logo isnt following my object

@@killianmiller6107 thanks
Ok, but kind of useless since you can't bake them into the mesh for other uses
You could also do it with a second UV map
