INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Double-click the .zip file to decompress it.
2. In Finder, click "Go" then hold the "opt" key and then click "Library"
3. Drag the effects preset file to the following location in the Library folder:
/Users/username/Library/Application Support/ProApps/Effects Presets/
4. If Final Cut Pro is open, quit and reopen it.
5. The transferred video effect preset (Jeremy Vintage Film) appears in the Effects browser.

Summary (as mentionned, all of these settings are to played with to fit your likings/needs) :
1. Add : Film Grain
> Change iMovie Grain to Realistic Grain (100)
2. Add : Gaussian blur
> Set Amount (4.5)
3. Add : Super 8mm
> Set Amount (38)
> Set Hue Bias (65)
> Set Grain (100)
4. In color wheel :
> Drop Shadows to a blueish green (≈ teal color)
> Drop Highlights to a blueish green (≈ teal color)
> Drop Shadows brightness (a little)
5. Add : Aged Film
> Set Amount (39)
> Change Realistic Grain to iMovie Grain
> Set Color Adjust (0.55)
> Set Grain (100)
> Set Scratches (0)
> Set Dust (39)
> Set Hairs (8)
> Set Jitter Amount (0.12)
> Set Jitter Variance (0.07)
> Set Brightness Variance (0.18)
> Set Random Seed (0)
6. Crop both left and right sides of footage (ex. 300)
7. command ⌘ + c (modified footage) : copies footage and changes made to it
8. Select other clips (except previously modified one)
9. command ⌘+ shift ⇧ + v : opens window with what attributes to paste on selected clips
10. Select effects (here : all) to apply to selected clips

Nice, I use to do the copy/paste of my edits before until I found the adjustment layers option. You'll find it in the Title, drag and drop on top, stretch and edit the layer, that way it will edit everything below.
