I can understand why you would think that but I must disagree. Personally I think using these kinds of hacks and whatnot are part of the fun themselves, for some other people that is. My father likes to think of figuring out how these things work is like a puzzle or similar brain stimulating activity that requires you to really think and/or use multiple problem solving skills/techniques. I personally see it as a puzzle and a way to mess around with the game in multiple different ways once you’ve done and completed almost everything else. But hey, that’s just me.
