I'm a big fan of Sturdy + Metal Burst/Protect/Soak/Salt Cure. With max leftovers, max healing charm, max berry pouch, and max berries, you can basically tank whatever the first hit is to get off a soak, protect next turn to hopefully get to max health, salt cure, protect, then Metal Burst to heal to full every turn and deal usually around half health every turn. Other point of setup with this is a -Spd nature and 10 soul dews to make sure you always go last. Another one I like is Skill Link with a multi hit move with Multi Lens/Kings Rock to create a 20 hit move that should in theory flinch every time. This with Mini Black Hole lets you steal effectively all items from an opponent. For early stages, I like using any Mon with Contrary and a normally stat-reducing move. Snivy is amazing for this because its egg moves are all stat-reducing moves outside of Flamethrower, but it has Fleur Cannon which has a BP of 130 and is a Fairy type move so you can sweep through early Endless pretty quickly.
I do multilense with multihit moves and skill link so much. I think flinching has to scale differently in this game though. Like, I've gotten off 30+ hits with max kings rocks on eternatus before and then him not flinch. Which is technically possible, but EXTREMELY unlikely

A tip for everyone fuse nincada with any Pokémon using nincada second n when nincada evolves it'll duplicate the first Mon I did this with zacian now I have one fused with cloyster with skill link and a shedinja fused one with wonder guard
The best fusion I believe I came up with was Sylveon + Heatran. I have the passive Simple and egg move No Retreat on Sylveon. I was also lucky enough to get a stored power tm as well. Heatran is the second Mon in this fusion to give Sylveon the most broken type combo with one of its two weaknesses being completely negated. I’m currently on wave 1151 now and this fusion is doing amazing!

The only ones I've done are Tinkadrill, Excados, and Gyaradrill. Gyarados as the first mon can be broken with so much because Multiscale passive is wild
For a tinkaton cheese now there would be a need for the end fusion to be with a Dachsbun with well baked body to be immune to the fire type attack There are other ways, but I believe this is the better-ish one (Mostly leaving this here for anyone that sees this and wants to do the strat or a similar one lol)
Splicing M.gyarados and toucannon (after splicing gyarados with a cloyster for icicle spear), then giving the pokemon multi lenses, grip claws and every multi hit move in the game (dragon scale, bullet seed, rock blast, icicle spear). is super viable until around stage 3K, it also meant i had over 100 of each item (things like silk scarf etc) from the grip claws by around stage 1.5K. Gyarados was just an atk stat slapper, could be replaced.
My Mega Skekazam (multi-lens, kings rock, torch songing setup Mega Alakazam + Skeledirge) carried me until floor 3001 (minus a fusion for eternatus) where I had to start using runaway
Love how this is explained as if you have free choice of who you're splicing together.... you can only choose within your team so forget about knowing in advance who you're splicing together. @Falcondudes I died at Trump's twin lol The video was mostly to explain the mechanics and how combinations work, the examples I gave were just so you could understand how to decide good combos. Also, you'll have gotten more DNA splicers at that point than you'll know what to do with. Endless mode is basically built to depend on you splicing good combinations if you want to progress reliably.
