And that’s exactly what Kwee Juan had for breakfast, as he sat with Daniel Surendran (Suren) from Heavens at Ghim Moh Road Market & Food Centre. Like the hawker from Kwee Juan’s childhood, Suren prepares all his dishes the traditional way, from scratch and fresh daily.
