Aaaahhhh! mix with light, medium and dark coffee beans, awesome! I roast my own organic Colombia green coffee beans. I prefer to mix medium light and medium dark coffee beans. Can't taste the acidic flavor in dark coffee beans. Enjoy your video!
The old location opposite corner is better with more Seats outside..now only 2 tables. I stop going there. So are many regulars. Sitting inside is not a nice feeling.
I love the smell of coffee in the morning.
Me too. Must have coffee.
I was just there last week. Coffee and toast at Tong Ah is an essential experience for every tourist. Great food, great people, great vibe.
Thanks for the tips! Keong Siak Road is cool.
@@HappyCat.CarlNeo it's Colombia, which is a country in South America, not Columbia as in the District of Columbia in the USA

i am happy to hear the tamil language song that he used for prayer.
The owner began his belief in Hinduism several years ago. There is a Lord Ganesha Temple nearby where he offer prayer.
I remember eating at places like this the last time I visited Hong Kong in 1989.

Does anybody know how long to boil that soft boiled eggs?
Oh uncle sounds like cooking Ah Pa 😆
I am very curious to know what the grey-brown paste on the toast is? I have never seen that before. Thanks!
Not sure you are referring to the Kaya paste. It is egg-coconut jam.
@@HappyCat.CarlNeo Thank you for your repy! It looks very interesting to me.
If you are familiar with lemon curd, that "grey-brown paste" is similar, except coconut milk is used in place of lemon and butter.
How much pork knuckle mee hoon costs ?

Are you using a digital camera & some professional equipment to film your food videos? 😊
I am using iphone 12pro with a simple gimbal. Extra lighting from others phones would be good too.
