Nope. I'm high on life, fresh juices and other natural fruits and vegetables and encourage everyone to get high this way.. Its much cheaper.

Its important to rotate the produce your putting thru the machine. So do a leafy green and then some carrots. It also may be good to tap on the top of the juicer gently to get some pulp to dislodge from the top right as it goes into the collection bin, as sometimes its still moist and gets stuck there.

depends on your specifc needs. there are pros and cons to every machine. check my other videos where I compare this to the vrt400

O yes! Please make a video showing how to make nut milk, nut butters, and maybe, a sorbet if it's not too much to ask. If the Slowstar came with the little plug I would be completely sold on it. Also, maybe it's so easy I shouldn't need a video, do you have a video on how to clean the Slowstar/Omega VRT juicers? I'm trying to decide which juicer to get Omega NC800, Omega VRT 400 or this Slowstar & easy cleaning is a big deal for me.

Me too, the Slostar is $50 more but it has a smaller footprint. It seems they boht do the same things. I wish he would make a comparison & a juice off between the Omega NC800 & the Slowstar.

How is the cleaning breakdown?
wow that's a Huge yield! dry pulp! slow speeds. I think this is a winner and the next gen. I never thought the VRT would be outdone. more pluses than minuses in my mind. my VRT pulp port gets clogged the most with celery and ginger and fibrous veg.
would have been nice to see the juice plug like o the Omega Vert!

Comparison between new Slowstar and Omega Vrt400HD? Which would you choose?
John, I just juiced for the first time using the L'Equip XL which I purchased due to one of your videos vs. the Breville. I juiced carrots, kale, celery, tomatoes, cilantro, and cucumbers. I had way to much juice in the pulp ejector, and had to juice it twice which gave me a lot more juice. What am I doing wrong? Did I run everything through the juicer too fast or too slow? Getting an auger type juicer next to juice the greens. Can't wait to see your comparison of the Vert vs. the slowstar!
Is it self feeding with cut up (leafy) greens? Or is the use of the pusher just a replacement for your usual pre-cutting so you don't have to cut it anymore, but have to use the pusher all the time?
Btw, I really like all your videos, especially with the new intro and outro and I think you're a really great person :)
I juice daily and drink it fresh from my juicer. But sometime I be on the run. Do you recommend juicing and putting it in the refrigerator. I have heard mixed feeling about it, like the nutrients die over time. What do you think?
Do you consider the slow star to be an upgrade to the omega vrt 350 hd?

Your site lists the Coway Juicepresso as in stock. Does that mean the company is still in business or that it went out of business but you have some of it's juicers left? Juicepresso is a 40 RPM juicer but it makes a lot more noise. You should just say to purchase a 15 inch sieve separately anyway as that one is too small which makes it much more time consuming.
Every juicer will jam if you shove too much into it. I suspect the Slowstar will jam less than other models due to the higher torque and power.. That being said. its best to SLOW down when juicing in the slow juicers so they don't jam in the first place.

JOHN! Whats with the grapes? why not carrots?? Every vert type juicer to date will jam on carrots, Would have been nice if you really tested this one(with claims of more power), with carrots! My 350 will always jam if I run too many carrots at once. Will the TSJ jam???

The coway juicepresso is out of stock and NO LONGER available in the USA. That makes the Slowstar the current lowest RPM Juicer available in the USA to my knowledge. Based on my initial testing it is superior to the Juice Presso in my opinion.
