    I agree about the 14ft body. You wouldn’t think it’s much difference but I moved up from 11ft and won’t go back. Also, are we all gonna ignore the fact that my man has a keurig on the truck?!? Love it ! 😂

      @@FixinCat yes sir ! And man it’s nice to brew a cup after a long cold day while I’m letting the truck warm up to head home :) and in a man’s world a 14ft by time we load em up isn’t even big enough lol

    This is probably a stupid question but I was wondering what your opinion is on leaving leads on the spools while welding or pulling it all out? I’ve got several different answers. I’m just a DYI guy learning and doing odd jobs. My retirement job, lol. Trying to learn through the university of TH-cam and friends in the business. Thank you for the videos, I appreciate your time and the content.

      @@jimpool2889 not a stupid question bud! But I roll my leads all the way out if I’m welding all day . If it’s just a 30 mins here and there day I’ll leave the spool up . . If you wanted to try you can really see the heat it builds up leaving them rolled up . Your basically making a big Magnet coil and you’ll roll the leads out and half way rolled out you want even be able to touch the leads they’ll get so hot . But it takes 30 seconds to roll each of them out and about a min to roll back up if your ocd and want your leads rolled up tight and even :)

      Thank you sir!! I greatly appreciate your time! Definitely ocd, they get wiped down as they roll up 🤪.

    I don’t know the output specs on the 400 Pipe Pro without looking it up but I’m guessing that you could run a pretty good size multi-process inverter welder off the 240V outlets while simultaneously running your suitcase. I used to do that with my Lincoln Ranger 305G when my son was still working with me. We could both run .045 Lincoln Ultra-Core 71A85 at the same time. Worked great!

      @@SFS13-01 yes sir , I mainly wanted to have to welders on truck just for a back up incase one lays down , but the enpak welder runs my crane and all that stuff so it’s definitely a great addition

      @SFS13-01 9 ชั่วโมงที่ผ่านมา +1

      @ Oh, I definitely understand that the Enpack has a job to do and that it’s an essential part of your truck setup. Just mentioned the inverter because it would give you even more production in a day. In my case, the engineers at Lincoln said that it couldn’t be done so, I hooked it all up at my welding supply one day and showed them that it could, in fact, be done so they could relay it back to Lincoln.

      @@SFS13-01 for sure :) I’ll get me a miller mutimatic sooner or later. But then 305G Lincolns are killer welders ! I was raised on SA200’s pipe liners . But I’ve slowly move towards Miller so far I’m really liking them .

      @ I started with a Miller and liked it until I had a problem and neither the dealer or the Miller rep were interested in helping me resolve it. I was running a Miller welder and a Miller suitcase but running Lincoln wire. One day, in desperation, I called Lincoln in Cleveland and they were willing to help and gave me the name and number for my local Lincoln rep. He spent hours on the phone with me, in total, to resolve the issue. In the end, I bought a bigger Lincoln welder and have stayed with them ever since because of that rep and customer service.

      @ heck yeah , when I started my business in my one ton truck I needed a combo welder with air compressor. At the time Lincoln didn’t have a small affordable unit so I went with miller 302 airpak . And as much work as I done with that machine ontop of 1000+ hours goughing with it . Sold me for miller . Now as you can tell I’m a rolling miller billboard. But I personally have met miller reps/engineers and made friends with them along with phone numbers and an also local welding repair shop . So been nothing but top notch help when I need it .
