Today i have finally done it! Amazingly this course i have never managed to break 90 even though i have come close but now i can tick it off the list like Brentwood GolfClub, Benton Hall, Gosfield Lakes, Ingrebourne Links to name a few ( all can be found in the break 90 playlist)

@@GOLFDAYS not sure if you’ve played there before mate but if you haven’t there’s a couple of courses in stock called Stockbrook and Crondon that you could look into checking out.. also Burstead has a great course too

You have to say it's a great course in the area if you just wanna play for a reasonable price
You played some great shots and only the poor putts let you down. I gave you a shout when you were on the 5th green, it was like seeing someone famous! Keep it up Lewis, I ended up with an 86, great ball striking and respect for the two shots to the back of the 3rd green, nice!!

Try putting with your wrists Lewis a la Jack and Arnie..it's certainly not fashionable and is a real throwback but it's transformed my game..from 3 putting a third of my round I've now virtually eliminated this horrible trait..it might look weird and you might have the piss taken out of you but it most definitely works.

Very well done Lewis. You played some great golf and deserved to break 90. If your putting had behaved you could have broke 80. I played Braxted today, left at least 4 putts half half inch short, it's so annoying. Really enjoyed this one. 👌👌

Notleys is my local course but can be a nightmare for slow play, very decent round though, good to start early.

I was ok, had a pair in front but they were fine overall.
@@GOLFDAYSUsed to be a member and played early, no problems. Played Saturday afternoon in the summer and got stuck behind a 6 ball, sharing clubs and not allowing anyone to play through. Gave up after 12 holes in 4 hours 😔

Thinking of getting some Takomo irons soon, are they worth it ⛳️
spoke like a true golfer. playing bad time for new clubs haha.
takomo irons are great its just always a lottery as you can not try beforehand and you need to know your specs to get closest you can to the correct setup.

@@ronnieprater no I haven't mate. I do have one in the bag but not tried it yet. Being honest I may try that one but I don't think there will be a ball that replaces the tour response, such an incredible ball

How can you play off 17 and not have broken 90? That doesn't make sense. Just play golf! With that swing if you just played the game it'd be easy, I can't watch it all so you may really have it together for the rest of the vid, but on the first hole, why would you hit a ball straight into a bush that's directly in front of you? You could go sideways or under, but into? It could literally go anywhere, drop straight down under it, deflect under the next tree, why?

I also have plenty of blow up holes. If you do get a chance to check out other videos, it's not necessarily about finally breaking 90 in general it's this course in particular, on previous visits I have managed to have bad days so this was kind of like a redemption finally broke 90 on this particular course 👍
Out of interest why can't you watch it all, what would you say would impulse you to watch it all. I always welcome all comments and opinions ✌️
