Another top quality video and really well played. I am guessing that you have a ridiculously early tee time as we don’t see many other golfers on the course?
Great video Lewis. I was fortunate to play here back in July on a society. Fantastic course. Hoping your subscribers increase. As I've mentioned to you before, as an Essex Lad I find all the essex courses you play very relatable. Keep up the great content 👍
Sorry but couldn’t help but laugh at your hair when you were reading that last putt 😆 it was like you were receiving radio signals on how to execute the putt…. Well done breaking 90 again, lovely course! You’ll be looking to attempt breaking 85 soon
That's exactly what I was doing master Zachary, that's my party trick the radio signals. It would be easier to play if you helped film 😜 we need viewers to get on you 🤣
89? Great effort Lewis. A great round but I don't think you mentioned the shank on the 17th 😝and we have all been there. Looks like a lovely course. Well done sir!
Great video again mate 👍 always wanted to play Ingrebourne Links, which looks pure 👌. Have you played at Burstead in Billericay? Take it your a essex lad as well.
Bit of feedback on the video. Currently watching as you played 15 and asked how well it came across the course itself. As a member I can say I think you have done us justice in this video. Showing the beauty and the beast of the course. Good to see us on TH-cam. A few videos are about now but I definitely enjoyed this one the most. Keep up the content
@@mumbles87 hey thanks a lot! That genuinely is really nice to read from a member so thank you. I absolutely loved IngrebourneLinks one my favourites for sure. Thanks again for the kind words.
@@GOLFDAYS@GOLFDAYS bit of history for that waste land on 18.. that's where the fairway should be! Just before it opened a sink hole appeared so they resigned the 18th and had the fairway going another way .. I remind people of this whenever they go in the wasteland as it's really where the course designer wanted us lol 😂
@@GOLFDAYSwhen I joined was just 13 holes because of the situation, but then 6 months later we had 18. Come back when the final 9 gets completed. It's supposed to be even more "links" with a few burns before greens and rumour of an island par 3!
@@GOLFDAYSAs a 17.4 handicapper myself I get a huge amount from your videos, Lewis. Genuinely relatable and engagingly presented. You keep that great positivity going on the course and I’ll be trying to emulate that when I tee off tomorrow morning!
@@GOLFDAYS I'm a strong believer that this is very much reachable for you now, let's say that you break 2 more times 90 (with objective of 88) and then you move to "break 85", deal?
You are ready for the 201s. I heard they are giving them an update for next year. You should get the heads when they come out and toss 'em on your current shafts.
@@jimk4693 thanks for the vote of confidence. I wouldn't benefit from them if I'm honest. I don't find the middle the face enough and I I need help with distance so need to use strong lofts 🤷🙈
Slope rating isn't about difficulty though. It's about how much a course will punish a scratch and bogey golfer.. so the lower the slope the more equal they will be punished. CR is the key to difficulty and off blacks the course rating for the par 72 is 74.. so yes it's tough
Thank you everyone who has watched so far. Please make sure like and comment. ALSO STICK AROUND FOR THE DRAMATIC FINISH. CHEERS
