This was a really nice presentation. I like premieres because one can meet friends. I was able to say hello to Cooking with Neighbours Jerri-ellen and it was a delight to do so. You presented the most flavourful chicken with potatoes. The layering with the potatoes and then the chicken and the sauce and lemon was too good. Hello, it is all handheld, no slider. I am using a camera with image stabilization and then I add more stabilization when editing. I also record the intro and outro footage in 60fps and then slow it down to 24fps to make it smoother.

Hello, thank you, I did not precook this potatoes, that is why I put some water in the tray so that the potatoes steam for 40 min but depending on the potatoes I some time precook them!
