Here's a sneak peek of what's in store:
    Step 1: Preparation
Begin by prepping your dish with juicy chicken pieces and thick-cut potatoes, all ready for the oven.
    Step 2: Seasoning
Sprinkle on a generous mix of salt, pepper, oregano, and paprika to infuse rich, Mediterranean flavours.
    Step 3: Aromatic Marinade
Blend together a zesty marinade with lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, onion, fresh rosemary, honey, and mustard for a perfect balance of tangy and savoury.
    Step 4: Coating the Chicken
Pour the luscious marinade over the chicken and potatoes, ensuring every piece is thoroughly coated for maximum flavour.
    Step 5: Baking
Seal the dish and bake in a preheated oven, letting the flavours meld and the chicken cook to tender perfection.
    Step 6: Finishing Touches
Uncover and bake a bit longer for a golden, crispy finish. Let it rest before serving to enhance the flavours.

Yasou Niko from Nicko. I didn't know until right now that you had longer versions on your tik tok videos as I saw them originally on facebook. I love the shortened version as many chefs/cooks ramble on for 15m. But your 6m video is good except without I love the overdone Greek guy stereotype. I'm actually cooking this dish right now so hopefully it is as good as yours. I love how Greek cooking is so simple but tastes wonderful. My mum use to cook for Greek restaurants and is a top cook as was my yaya. Where in Oz are you?
