Personally I would run the output into the return of a valve amp and the second output to an I.r loader and into a pa.
Did you try it?
I would love to see this used like a pod go with an ir pedal into a daw or pa plus a second line into a power amp
Thanks for the comment. I've seen the Pod Go, but what's this IR pedal you mentioned? There are 2 outputs on the GT100, so you have a 2nd output which you can send anywhere, but I'm not sure if you can assign 2 types of outputs in the GT100 (example: Left output to DAW, Right output to power amp). That would mean selecting 2 different settings in Output Select which I've never seen while working with it.
@@dinobosecreativity I think he means IR loader pedals like Mooer radar, joyo cab Box , added in the fx Loop of boss GT 100.. turning of the cab simulation in the GT 100 and using custom impulse response from one of those IR loader/ cab simulator

@@rockr8840 I looked into this and I'm pretty sure you can put the GT100 through one of these IR loaders. Just see which setting from the OUTPUT SELECT menu would work in this situation. I'm guessing the LINE/Phones output would work, just don't use any GT100 preamps. That way you use the GT100 as purely for FX - no preamp/amp sim or cabs.

The amp models are superb and of course the ambient and modulation effects are good;)
The Billy Gibbons tones are worth the price of admission almost alone lol. Never thought I would ever like let alone purchase a boss modeller!

@@dinobosecreativity They are Marshall type tones with a slight fuzz added, very rich harmonic crunch and great for leads too

Las time I saw someone talk about GT-100 was 2016. This thing aged well.. I still use it. I still hate its most annoying to use menu.
I got it in 2017. I never need to buy any effects ever again, it has everything I need.
That's why I use the Tone Studio, much easier to program patches. I hate bending over and doing it there.
