@@InnovationRC I reely like the adjustable wing in the back. Surprised nobody has either already thought of it- or copied yours!! 🤔 🤣🤑💯 Great ingenuity and design brotha.
Of course someone already copied it back in 2017. I was the first one to do anything like this for arrma cars, a guy copied for a company. But it's all good!
You can use 130C but in reality that battery can only dump 25C legit. All companies exaggerate C ratings. CNHL has legit 40-50C batteries which are some of the best in the world
I watched the video and was amazed. It's lightning fast. If an RC car had wings, it would take off into the sky. I enjoyed watching the cool video that seemed to open my heart. thank you.👍👍👍
Before limitless or any 1/7 chassis released, you had to setup EVERYTHING correctly. Unlike all 1/7 onroad cars are basically already setup for speed. I always ran Typhon for speed a long time ago so doing onroad stuff is quite easy but extremely time consuming. Have to limit and set shocks, remount everything inside to fit anything you need because space is really limited
At this point, calling it a Typhon is kind of like saying the Hoonicorn is still a Mustang!! They're so Far removed from what they used to be it's Not funny!! In any case, Love it!! Nice work!
Hi. Awesome !! Hard work always pays. Congrats ! I bought the TLR typhoon and the upgraded crowns and gears , the fixed 34 T center spool .the same motor and a mamba X esc ,can you please tell me which pinion gear you used for this incredible 6S 130 mph pass ? Many thanks !
Hello, i have to sub your channel :-) It is shame i did not earlier. I seen 6AWG cables and your connectors are Castle 6.5mm or any other bigger (8mm) bullets? I hesitated between QS8 and AS150 and i chosen AS150 for my bigger trucks. Because of better disconnect only with easy clockwise move. I usually use 10AWG wires (Sledge, XO-1) and plan it also for Limitless V2. I hate soldering and using new Traxxas ID connectors. They disconnecting after jumps, so i chosen AS150 :-)
Appreciate that! It's 8awg wire from 6.5mm connectors. 6awg won't fit in 6.5mm. I do have 6awg wire on my speedrun Gt cars but they all run 8mm bullets
@@InnovationRC Okay. Thanks very much. I will test 6 and 8 AWG with AS150. According to spec, 6 is the max which can fit. But im not using so powerfull motors like you. Its just for parallel combination when one wire which leading from one connector is "divided" by two weaker. For eg. 5cm 6AWG cable from connector, than "crossroad" two 8AWG leads to each separate connectors. Because i can not fit two whole 8 or 10AWG cables directly into AS150.
@@martins2657 you likely can fit 6awg wire into the as150, except you don't really need 6awg wire when the max amperage those connectors can cross effectively is 200a. Why even need 6awg when 8awg wire easily does what the connectors max amp rating capability is
@@InnovationRC You are right. I use 8AWG inside connector and after few centimeters solder two 10AWG wires in this 8AWG for parallel. It will be sufficient :-)
Hey Brandon, about the 3rd time on this vid lol. So would you say stay above a 1.17 gear ratio with this motor based on your opinion, and when running with the MMX8s?. What did you run on Spartan when the XLS2 was cutting out if you don't mind me asking? I am currently waiting on an XLX2 for my 2400 but I'm running it on my typhon and limitless with the MMX8s and getting a reading of over 390 amps, wondering if thats concerning as well. Curious as to what you got sense you feel it can be geared up. Thanks and happy again to see you back bro.
Hey! Much appreciated. It really depends. Monitor temperatures after doing whatever your doing. If you are too hot definitely gear back down to get to a happy medium
Hey man I love your videos I have a major question so I recently got into 1/7 racing and I was wondering for my felony what would be a great setup for drag racing and messing around I was think A TP killmode a XLX 8s esc for it with foams but I’m not sure what to go with so if you could give me some feedback and what to do would be great thanks.
Thanks man! Actually no I wouldn't recommend this motor. It doesn't come with warranty and it's really hard on the esc. I'd actually get a 1717 1650kv on 8s. Can still get wicked speeds without the chance of mishap!
@@InnovationRC Thanks man yea I kinda figured that. After seeing they send out letters saying they won't cover it. I'll go with 1650 and work my way up. Thanks for your reply 👊👊
Man that’s a lot I’m still kinda new to the hobby and I seen 150amps esc on like the redact vehicles I didn’t know they made esc that big with that amp that’s cool 😎 I heard of the castle mamba x esc but I couldn’t find the ampage it has.
the wing is pretty close to the rear wheels, so there likely isnt enough "moment" from the wing to counteract the "moment" from the rest of the body and create any lift at the front wheels
To fast to furious...👍🏽💯 Good pass brotha. I do want to remind folks that this motor has No Warranty and Can void your warranty on your ESC. Do not try this unless you know what you're doing. Even still one heck of a Run. Stay safe!💯. Good information!

Great pass, looks like that's a good motor for speed runs.
It's a solid motor for sure! I was playing it safe with this setup tho...
Nice. I just bought the 7700kv sidewinder 4 motor and ESC for a build I'm doing. I'm putting it in a WLtoys A959
Gearing! Subed!!! 🤣🤣
Omg that wing is epic!

Awesome and clean pass as usual. Very consistent.

Why did you get the wing that move ?
Awesome run bro can’t wait to see it on 8! Hey What receiver and transmitter are you running?
A futaba 4pm and 2006gs receiver!
What is the esc mount part number im putting that system in my kraton but the sensor wire can not reach
I have it mounted to a piece of carbon I bolted on top of the diff housing. It's custom work unfortunately
