Dam that thing took flight ✈️ Glad to see not to much damage to it, could have been a total loss at that speed. Congrats on the 198 that’s amazing and I’m sure you’ll smash that 202 real soon. That front splitter/floor is a problem on the quad. I’m sure you’ll figure it out but just have a look at idea from the Arrma Vendetta body the vents over the wheels could be a solution to the taking off. No pain no gain brother, but it’s epic nevertheless.
You did see that it was so damaged that when he threw it, it caught on fire right, there was no " recycling" that thing for how damaged and busted it was, and if he had put it in the car, it would've lit the car on fire, smh
198mph dual motor hell yeah brother, I can see you almost taking that world record. Sorry for the quad motor but it looks like is not generating enough down force on the front of the car looks pretty similar to the other crash you had before. Hopefully you can make another one with better aerodynamics or put a front wing on the front some how 🤔 but other than that is a solid build 👌
The aerodynamics on that body are not good at all, that is your problem. the other body was patently waaaay better, can you not run the same body on both of them? that would also give you more consistent data to evaluate their relative performance. I know bugger all about speed running that's just my 2 cents. Good Luck.

I think you need to run more rake (nose down rear up) in that carbon car. Nose can't go much lower because of the long splitter so the rear needs to come up and be stiff so the springs don't compress at 300kph. You definitely have a nose that is sensitive to the angle of attack.

Raz, love it. my suggestion, at that speed, you need some frontend downward force. like a small wing that to keep it planted down. And tape the sides or use velcro to keep the sides close to the body. Good luck...I think Kevin is thinking what's next. OH SNAP!!! LOL....looking forward to the next run. Jim

That held up amazing, I suspect because of the carbon fibre body 💪 no idea where you go from here with it except for adding some shape to the body or maybe just a wing on the front to give it more downforce where needed 🤷♂️ can’t wait to see what speeds it will reach once figured out 😁

Man...that was a big one!!! curiously the same body that made the car take off also saved the car from suffering much more serious damage. I really want you to break the world record and if it was with a Delta Plastik body it would be much cooler because it is a standard body that anyone can buy.

So so glad it's still in a good overall condition which I think was probably down to the carbon fibre shell! Think that might be all its good for, think a new design needs ti incorporate some sharper downwards angles like the shell you just ran on the 198 twin motor! Absolutely love what your doing and look forward to your vids 👊

Impressive work, Raz. Definitely need some down force on the front. The sloped nose doesn't help with down force. You are creating lift in the front, remember Bernoulli's principal. Small canards at the front would prolly do wonders. Lots of trial and error, determining how big to go before drag negates down force. Bravo Zulu
The shape of the 'upper' body is like an aerofoil. This creates lift, the rear wing causes downforce on the back; thus the car flips. A longer splitter at the front, set at an angle to hold the front down, should help. Creating a vacuum beneath the car would also help. Under car spoilers, like a vertical plate, just behind the front wheels, might be beneficial. Use of a fan, to suck the car down, is another avenue of discovery (?). Have you been able to test aero-mods in a wind tunnel ? Good luck with your endeavours.
I see progress and achievements being made! A crash is no fun but the fact that you could and did make a car that can make crashing epic is an accomplishment! Hope to see some longer vids.
