Cut a pattern around any obstacle

When installing tile, laminate flooring, carpet, linoleum or in this case, a covering over a hole used by rodents to gain access to this clients home, it's often difficult to get the correct shape cut out of the covering.
This video will show you an easy method for duplicating the shape for a fit that is almost laser cut.

The HVAC people that put that line set in like that need their hands broken, that is a mess. The condensing unit don't even look like it is sitting on a pad.

If I remember correctly none of the condensers are on pads and several are leaning in this community, in fact, they are known for cracked slabs and buckled floors; they build homes too fast and with the lowest bidders.
