- We got to meet and talk to one of the dudes that has been coming out to our Pismo Takeovers for the last 3-4 years and he's slowly been building a very clean F-150. He gives us a walk around, gives some insight on the build, and lets her eat.

Love the sleeper glass and sick clean interior. This truck is the perfect compromise between big time huckster and street drivable prerunner. Can smash a lot of curbs with 20/24 inches of travel and 39’s 😂

That PPG coating was smart af. I used to paint with PPG products 2 part epoxy on military bases and that stuff is tough
Very nice build and with a variety of custom shops in his back yard, dream came true. One trip to Silver Lake Dunes in Michigan got you a years worth of cleaning, that stuff migrates everywhere unlike mud.

This is what I’m planning I’m doing with my truck. These are the goals
I'm not gonna build a prerunner ,I'm building mine to have bulge 4.5 fenders maby some high quality wheel spacer with a lighting bumper ,with a homemade spoiler with coilspings and rear sway bar ,transmission cooler ,cold air intake and magnaflow mustange highflow cats with 2 pipes being out behind each door with dual tips with a better tune ....I cant wait til its finished its gonna look sick and fast asf
Very clean very good looking truck ..it just looks so sick with the oem front clip theres nothing wrong going to the raptor front i feel it does not go good with the round cab of a 97 to 03 year but its just my opinion ... It looks really good with the orginal front clip that belongs to the truck . again very clean sick FORD TRUCK...

But it's so cheap lol that's the main reason why. Just cams with springs and retainers on a coyote are nearly 3k. I mean they sound nice but if you plan to beat the piss out of it

It is NOT swapped its the stock 5.4 supercharged

Typically a 02-03 sc hd goes for 10-15k. There is about 2500$ worth of wheels and tires on the truck...

ACanela85 Most legitimate for linked back halfed pre-runners will be 2 Wheel Dr. because you cannot get much travel in the front with CV joints and axles, you’re lucky if you get 15 to 17 inches he has more like 20.

why is it called a prerunner?
rdsii64 a prerunner is a modified usually street legal truck used for plotting out an off-road race course. Normally with long travel and good power but still having AC, radio, and windows. Like a race truck but less hard core and more comfortable.

Unless you swapped the engine to lightning spec engine it’s not the same engine. Just had similar Eaton charger, the lightning had built internals vs the Harley did not. There is a lot of info online. The Harley f150s where simply less of a truck

You're right there's a lot of info online but you either misunderstood or got some bad info they are the same exact engine the Harley has a slightly lower boost pulley setup 6 vs 8lbs on the lightning. Same engine same internals in 02 and 03. The newer Super charged 04 + Harleys do not have forged internals
