I am a long time shareholder severeley under water, and I am losing my patience as well as my hope. You guys need to monetize asap, give some hope to the marketplace that you’ve thoroughly covered your four tangible risks: 1) Feasibility risk - that you have the scale and capability to make this happen 2) value risk: that your customers are finding value in your product 3) usability risk-that your customers love to use your products and 4) business viability risk - that your company well structured internally to deliver this product. Monetization gives great confidence that these risks are properly managed, and gives confidence in the marketplace that should support your stock price and opens the door for you to raise capital without severe dilution of existing shares. My two cents.
And, by the way, who is your product manager? That person needs to be on the earnings calls. You act like a mature company, which you are definitely not you are still a start up.
So are the 30 trucks being made this year for sale or just being given away to fleets for "extended fleet trials"? Why has there been no mention of who the 30 trucks were sold to?
You have to make some money from selling trucks before the savings run out, or we all die hungry.

More likely going to zero. They will burn through cash and will have to dilute through share issuance or more debt. This company is garbage. Good thing I never agreed to the buy the dip concept with this. You should only do that with mature companies that are at no risk of going bankrupt, not highly speculative companies like this. You are subsidizing every Filthyon employee with your money until they can kick the can down the road with more share issuances or go bankrupt.
Thank you for sharing the info. Please continue to flow information into the market and keep investors interested and informed as to what is going on. Please realize that currently the market sees "no news / silence" as bad news! Keep moving forward and sharing the story!

Unfortunately they do not have anything to share. I’ve wrote my investment off at a total loss in my head. I regret telling my family about this company. My father invested and had to sell because he retired and he lost 90%. My mother is currently down 90% and entering retirement. Thanks Healy

A good sign is when you have insiders buying. I'm talking about management actually buying shares and not what they've just been given as compensation. If management is not buying at these low levels then it shows they don't have confidence in the company themselves and that is a bad sign. TH can't expect retail investors to buy shares and support his science fair projects if he and the rest of management are not willing to buy.

I'm a retail investor and I own over 2000 shares in Hyliion. Investors like me keep the company afloat in the stock market.
I'm a little disappointed that the question on ERX demand wasn't answered except that this is your main product right now.
If the demand is low due to some circumstances mentioned, investors like me deserve to know what will the company do to ramp it up. Please keep us informed. Otherwise, you will be losing your core investors who believe in your baby product!
Do you think it’s appropriate for the ceo to receive a higher salary than revenue of the company so far. I understand it’s his baby, but the amount of suffering for retail investors who bought this stock in confidence for guidance that simply gets thrown out because Hyliion was too slow and misjudged demand is staggering. I think Hyliion needs to shake up management. Clean house. Fire half the board. Healy’s salary should be results based, not dreams based. Otherwise the sad truth is this will just be a traders penny stock that survives off stock offerings until 2030. And by that time the story might come through, but after many reverse splits and dilution so the original investors that DCA over the first 3-4 years have $500-$1000 cost basis and the stock is $10

Two years ago they told us in 2023 they would have sold 8,500 ERXs with a vehicle cost of $220k and 1,300 mile range. Now we are only doing 30 ERXs with a cost of about $420k with a 1,000 mile range. That's 27% less range and almost double the cost.
30 trucks…. 30 times better than zero. 😊
@@lauraymond4290 You're definitely a glass half full type of person, good for you. One problem is Mr. Panzer stated the first 30 trucks will be sold at a loss. He also said it is too soon to predict when Hyliion would reach positive gross margins overall or on any specific product. Pretty scary when the CFO can't even predict profit any of their products.
If you or I did this we would be in prison for fraud. Not rich boy healy.

None of the management team members should even get stock options until stock price reaches $ 5. The stock price of HYLN after 3 yrs is laughable ! Many early investors are bleeding badly in this company. All stock compensation for all executives should be halted.

I don't want a change in leadership. I'm a believer in the vision and innovation of Hyliion. I do however hope there is a willingness to hire consultants and high-profile VPs to help run operations, allowing innovative leadership to continue to innovate.

I think that T.H. has the brains to get this done, but I'm thinking that He lacks the fire, the drive, the leadership to make this happen. Kick some ass, fire some slackers, sleep on the factory floor. I mean it seems like there is progress, but at a very leisurely pace! Come on Healey, this is a RACE! About time your started making sales and stop playing around with testing and R&D. Do you want to have profits!! For example how many orders do you have for the ERX? Us long term investors are starting to get a little cheesed off!

Management is an area that closely resembles a comprehensive art, and having a researcher solely focused on technical development as a CEO does not contribute to the company's growth or shareholders' interests. It is crucial, before it's too late, to focus on role differentiation and appoint a new CEO who can revitalize the company. This is the path to saving the company.

This individual, Healy is suitable for the role of a CTO, not for a CEO. To revive the company, what is needed is a capable visionary CEO with expertise in comprehensive management.
