Avocado pit straws have been around for a while in Mexico. They function well. But I guess the best is to avoid straws as much as possible

"In your coffee" ...who drinks coffee with a straw!? Must be talking about ice coffee.

Little straws in coffee? You've never seen those little coffee straws? Those tiny little ones? You usually put two little coffee straws in

I have a glass straw that I use every morning to drink my warm lemon water so that the liquid doesn’t get all over my teeth. I rinse it with running water after use. I can see if it gets funky inside, which it hasn’t yet on ten years, because it is glass. It is pretty on my counter top...I have one in green clear and one in blue clear.
    Problem solved.

Hi from Germany. For Christmas I was given stainless steel and glass straws. They are amazing. I take my glass straw every where I go. I’ve gone less to no plastic in my household. The alternatives to plastic are out there and maybe more expensive but last way longer.

My favorite environmentally favorite straws are stainless steel straws. You can use them over and over again.

Idea. Do we need straws? Like is it really that difficult to lift a cup to your face?

I like non biodegradable. Gotta leave my carbon footprint for the next generation. Ain't my world. Ain't my problem. Littering is king
