It kind of looks like mexican brown sugar,it comes in a cone shape very very hard. Same color as this one i am definitely going to try it. Darker sugars have way more flavor carmel,vanilla-ish a much deeper flavor. I love luv it in my oatmeal and i use less sugar when i use the Mexicano one. I. Can't wait to try this one!!

其實難度沒有想像中著麼高,但也是有很多要注意的,溫度攪拌等,很多地方的老人都會煮,小時候我家裡也煮過。
我沒記錯的話,以前著種糖粗糖其實是最不值錢的..現在我們常用的那種白白的反而是高級貨..
