Settling out of court will prove Andrews ‘guilt’. It will be seen as ‘shut up and go away’ money.
Andrew is in denial and has convinced himself that he is innocent. How can he say one minute….” I have no recollection of ever meeting this lady”…..and the next minute he says “ we never had any sexual relations”.
He genuinely thinks that he will get away with this and that eventually he will be able to reinstate his place in the Royal Family, but there is absolutely no way back to any kind of public life for him again. The risk of damage to the RF is so great, that they will shut down on a family member to protect ‘ The Institution ‘ - after all….that has to be protected at all cost.

If there were even the slightest shred of his innocence, he has the powerful legal team to clear his name. Instead, it is 100% obvious that he has everything to hide. All actions thus far are to cover up and hide the facts. He is clearly guilty of the accusations. How terribly sad for all those who did not let entitlement runaway with them and descend into degenerate behavior. Of course, this entitlement is not unique to the UK. Just look at our past US President.

In this civil case, the issue is not PA's guilt or innocence, but his civil liability. There is a HUGE difference between the two. In this civil suit, the plaintiff (Virginia) must prove PA had a reckless disregard for what the plaintiff's legal age may have been (by reason of having been sex trafficked) at the time of the alleged incident, whereas in a criminal case, the district attorney would have to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that PA knowingly had sex with a minor. Perhaps, in a deal with the D.A. to lighten her sentence, Maxwell will divulge the blackmail tapes that show PA knew Virginia had been sex trafficked. If no such evidence comes forth, a D.A. would have a tough time getting a conviction against PA, but now that Maxwell has been convicted, Virginia has a very strong shot at proving PA had a reckless disregard for Virginia's legal age via having been sex trafficked by Maxwell.

Every bit of his body language gives the impression he is like a little boy caught with his hand in the sweetie jar. He has handled this terribly...it seems he has been caught out with something he thought would never in a million years catch up with him, and is flapping and floundering around..instead of dealing with this situation in a way that someone who was accused of something they didnt do would. He must be delusional, he has never had a "normal" life so he believes he can get out of any situation, this problem just glaringly shows how "unreal" his life has been, I feel really sorry for the Queen, but maybe the times for concealing wrong doings within the royal family is past. He will settle, thus avoiding dragging the sordid details through the Court, but thereby compounding his difficulties: why would a person who is not guilty pay out millions to a party he insists he never met? He's out on a limb and about to fall off. I can't say I feel sorry for him, he's had plenty of opportunities to man up and face the music, but prefers to obfuscate and evade by relying on legal technicalities and unproven alabis. So, Prince Andrew, by all means pay up, but the Court of public opinion will judge you harshly, and condemn you to obscurity. I very much doubt that the title of Duke of York will ever surface again, and it will join those shunned or redundant titles like Connaught Clarence, Windsor, Albany etc, which have "merged with the Crown." Technically, when Prince Andrew dies and unless revoked beforehand, the Dukedom of York will revert to the King, although it is unlikely that future Kings Charles, William or George would recreate such a tarnished title in a hurry.

His interview has him claiming he couldn't sweat then although there is no medical record but now he has been cured although there is no record of treartment. He is a profound liar who is supremely arrogant. Should you hate Harry SO much How can you possibly defend THIS obvious cad?

Bárbara aimson . It's actually quite strange and even gives a very bad image of the British the way they seek to spread hatred towards When Prince Harry and his wife Meghan. Prince Harry lived in U.K. has neither committed any crime nor had any public behavior to justify the devastating smear campaign mounted by the British Media in the UK, which began a few months after their marriage
There are TH-cam channels that seem to have been created solely for the purpose of criticizing Meghan and Prince Harry and at the same time praising Prince William and Kate Middleton. Could it be that the good image of Prince William and Kate Middleton is made at the expense of permanently diminishing the public image of Prince Harry and Meghan? Please , it 's time to end these behaviors carried out by some British Media , individual people in social networks included , who had a total lack of ethics in the way they talks about Prince Harry and Meghan.
After all, during the short period of time that they lived in the UK. , both Prince Harry and Meghan played
properly your Royal Duties performing with
commitment and dedication a set of activities and in a very short time, and I never heard a compliment to their performance in these activities, but yes, I only heard daily criticisms of the couple, who remained silent for a year without reacting to these strong criticisms. , fulfilling the British royalty principle " Never complain, never explain ". But, of course, everything has
a limit , and as the criticisms did not stop the Sussex couple had to take a public position showing their displeasure , and even so , there are channels and individual people who continue to criticize and spread hate against Prince Harry and Meghan. In fact , Prince Harry was treated badly in his country when it was taken away
his military titles he had earned as a result of his work carried out in the British Armed Forces. Prince Harry never said he wanted to completely abandon his British Royal Family nor
      the British Monarchy.
Prince Harry said he would move around a little bit, but he would never completely pull away.

Andrew's decision not to leave the country, in my honest opinion, has nothing to do with a bad look or odor for the royal family ,as well as himself , rather, heaven forbid he ends up arrested for these alleged crimes OUTSIDE , of his protective bubble.
This entire situation puzzles me in many ways. I remember being a seventeen year old. I may have been naive and certainly had a lot to learn over the remainder of my life, but having a physically intimate encounter(s) , with Andrew or anyone for that matter, I'm certain I would have been more than aware of what I were doing.
There are many victims in this dirty little secret kept quiet by those billionaires with bunkers; My American jury is still out on Virginia's innocence and Andrew's ( whom for the record, I find personally revolting) guilt.
Parents and grandparents out there: Please take this case as a teaching opportunity for your male and female legacies. We may save more of our future than we can count. ✌ 🇺🇸 🌎

What is it you don't understand about rich and powerful sexual predators, who target kids from broken homes?
      They don't target well-balanced, strong-willed, kids.
They identify the vulnerable and prey on them. It's "Grooming".
If they were Bradford Asians doing this there would be riots in the streets.

Andrew was not brought up on criminal charges so the only way to punish him is to sue him in civil court and make him pay with $$.
