Of 4 children Elizabeth has, one ditched his wife for a mistress and another one entertained himself with young girls. What is this family?!?!?

As someone who experienced sexual assault (so much easier than saying the "R" word) I can tell you that there is still disbelief and stigma attached, and the fear of not being believed silences many. We CAN report it right away or shortly after; the problem is BEING BELIEVED. False accusers make it very difficult for those who are telling the truth.

@@dgarzaart2000 You are either very young, very naive, or super protected . The statistics alone prove exactly WHY assault isn’t reported ......out of 1000 cases only 10 get reported ; only 5 make it to court and only 2 are convicted !! The legal system is stacked against the victim and destroys them all over again by trashing their name, reputation , psychological sanity by ‘ raping ‘ them publicly all over again . It goes back to the Abrahamic Eve story , which is the foundation of 3 entrenched Faiths ( Judaism, x’ianity, Islam ) it’s always the woman’s fault for tempting the man !!! The law is the last bastion of patriarchy . What actually needs to change is the ‘statute of limitations’ for the reporting of sex crimes . Psychology now proves it can take a victim up to 25 yrs to face the trauma of abuse, by which time the statute of limitations has expired . Join the legal dots on that one .... laws written by men for the protection of men . Even Andrew’s legal team referring to 17 yo Virginia as a” prostitute” proves how alive the law is in destroying a victims name rather than securing justice . And add to that all the female apologists for the men in their own lives who behave badly ....the women who defend the indefensible become the worst pitchfork bearers against other women & the men count on that well worn tactic ( women are their own worst enemies ) . The tide is slowly turning but not fast enough for our daughters and granddaughters . Courageous Virginia could be living a much more peaceful life & our girls of the future will have her to thank for a safer world .....let’s hope

@@equatorialjourney4478 Virginia's "experience" is very different from the average rape victim's experience. She walked onto a private jet in the United States flies to London says she met prince andrew at ghislaine maxwell's london home. Virginia says she asked for a picture of her & andrew to show her mother or grandmother, then she has said she was raped (or forced to have sex with andrew). We are certainly a long way from perfect in the states with respect to rape victims feeling comfortable to report rape. We do have laws on the books to protect the victim's name from being released and defense attorneys are not allowed to use the victim's sexual history in a court case. My point about Virginia's civil lawsuit against andrew is, if she had reported the alleged "rape" at the time, it would be more credible. Allegedly, Virginia told another one of the victims of epstein that "I got to sleep with a prince". Virginia also accepted $15,000. to bring more girls to epstein. Then there's the 500k Virginia settled with Epstein. Virginia's case is far from children being sex trafficked or children being sexually assaulted, molested or raped. I feel for misguided teenagers who fell into the trap that jeffrey epstein & ghislaine maxwell set for them, and am happy that ghislaine was convicted. I am disgusted with the "deal" that epstein initially got for his first trial and will continue to contact my representatives to change laws and plea deals. I am also disgusted that allegedly Virginia's father drove her to jeffrey's house to do "massage". My father would have seen through that in a second and jeffrey would have eaten a knuckle sandwich right then and that would have been the end of that.

    • @ursulastaempfli759

Well whatever they know or not know. What they cannot tolerate is that a member of the Royal family has to stand trial. What they do is throwing him under the bus in order to protect the reputation of the institution. This is why it has been said that he will defend his cause as a privat citizens. I am not sure if he is really guilty of the charges brought against him. Did he know that Giuffre was pressured into what she was doing? Did she tell him that she did not engage with him on her free will? Are sexual activities between an adult and a person of 17 years illegal in the UK? These are the legal questions. Courts do not and should not judge on moral grounds. One may find this quite distasteful and morally questionable what he allegedly has done but would any adult British citizen be charged with having a fling with a 17-year old person? Why do her lawyers focus on PA solely? There must have been many other wealthy men to whom she was sent during her time working for Epstein and Maxwell.

Exactly! Not only did she accept $500,000. from epstein to keep quiet, she had previously accepted $15,000 to find young girls for epstein, which is partly what ghisline maxwell did and was convicted of. I don't know if it's true, but one of the other victims said that Virginia told her that she, Virginia, "got" to sleep with Prince Andrew. While it is creepy for older men to have sex with a teenager, it might be a bit false to accuse someone of rape 20 years later. Did Virginia tell anyone at the time, I mean other than saying she "got" to sleep with a prince. I think Virginia regrets her behavior and wants to cash in now. The age if consent is 16 in the UK.

Have I missed something...Why is Virginia only accusing Prince Andrew? If she was being trafficked, surely that involves multiple men she was forced to have sex with and wasn't she paid for those encounters?

She was hired as a personal masseuse to Jeffrey Epstein. Do you consider that as being "paid for those encounters"? I have not seen a full interview with Virginia Giuffre, so I don't know if my statement is true. I don't know if she was handed over to multiple men or just Epstein and Prince Andrew. Your question is valid.

@@andyroo9381 what age do you have to be to be lawfully paid for work? She wasn't.
