I realize this is an old comment, but i have to agree. Never saw it coming, and the whole time you peel away the armor i was like "No, it cant be. They wouldnt do that.". Time to defeat the single most powerful being in the kirby lore all over again.
This is still, at least to me, the most meta final boss and ending in the Kirby franchise. Nova is probably the single most powerful antagonist in the history of the series, and they literally excavated him, rebuilt him and improved him, and attempted to harness his power, to the point that hes been encased in armor to not be awoken. Then along comes rogue OS that wakes him up.
Like, you literally have to defeat him to save the universe. Not just Popstar. The _Universe_ .
Im not too sure on Nova/Clockwork Stars being the most powerful entities at that point in the series. Nova and Marx with Nova's power were defeated pretty quickly and with no special items (game mechanics, I know, but most final bosses had many phases, not just one and with pretty low health. Hell, look at how tenacious Sectonia was for example)The Ancients made many powerful artifacts like the Master Crown, also alledged to be universal in power, as well as many Clockwork Stars (could just be the two, could be a third somwhere, or there could be 50, we simply don't know). Speaking of the Master Crown, that obviously leads us to Dark Matter/0, which the Master Crowm is heavily implied to be connected to/powered by/maybe a vessel for. Star Dream was even pushed to its absolute limit to make a clone of Dark Matter Blade and it couldn't even do it fully and it seems like the proper eyeball form was too much for it. Galacta Knight felled Star Dream in one shot. To say nothing of what came later like Void, Morpho Knight, Fecto, etc. Hell, evn the Jambandra base is way, way bigger than either of them.

@@RyouShi98 The issue is, Nova COULD be the most powerful entity ever. He can grant any wish and there doesn't seem to be limits to that: The only reason it has a Fatal Error is because it cannot grant Haltmann's wish, for it has already happened.
I would point out that this isn't a reconstruction/repair of the original Nova, this is an entirely new one built from scratch, that's the entire reason the HHC has been mulching planets over and over.
This ending has to be Gurren Laggan Reference. That's a total Giga Drill Breaker at the end.

The Robobot's Armor is a total dead ringer for OG Lagann; I'm 90% certain it's a reference. Kirby even dons Simon's goggles
Jesus watching this in ultra HD trully makes me wishing for a Switch Port, both TD and PR
Maybe in the next console we get planet Robobot and triple deluxe remake or a hd version, since we already had epic yarn and return to Dreamland on switch

@@IvanFranco120 Star Dream was the most advanced computer in existence, he singlehandedly slams any other Kirby character. If he was completed by Haltmann and not left in his unfinished status, he would have destroyed the universe

Why is the video's audio so choppy? The visuals are nice but the game seems to be endlessly struggling to keep pace, it really hurts the watchability.

On a more technical side, its mainly due to the fact that there are no precompiled shaders present in the emulator this is running on, so whenever new visual effects are played the emulator compiles them on the fly which takes time.
