Hey, I found yoga is relaxed form of other exercises like cardio and hiit. I used to do above exercises before these yoga videos but my body feel so tired after that but yoga will surely help you to loose weight, sweaty body in 30 to 45 min of jai yoga session videos.
hi for ur hair fall......dont use any shampoos use like hibiscus leaf and flower, feneugreek seeds, green gram, chana dal like that.... Prepare oil with curry leaves, hibiscus leaves and fenugreek seeds.... it will be the best....

Yoga is not about cardio. practice this and you will know . need to be relax and calm during Yoga practice . It’s very beneficial .
