I think vivo is a clear winner. Oneplus doesn't have a normal manual video mode and it is a big minus for me
The Chinese variant of vivo had it's own update about selfie camera video a month and half ago, it can record 4K 30 & 60 FPS
This is true. I’ve been sitting on a 4K 60fps front camera for a month now and I’m surprised that everyone is still showing 1080p (facepalm)

Hi, how much difference does the high bit rate option make when recording videos on the x100 pro? By default its set to standard bit rate of 8.4 Mbps something.
I record at high bitrate... Its not a massive difference but definitely worth turning on
Go get beta/testing update for Vivo. It has 4k30 and 4k60 for front camera!!
Make sure to get this latest testing version and flash it, difference ia huge.
If you could release video with update that would be great ❤❤❤ and also maybe take some pictures in house with both firmwares to see if they improved it?

x100 pro does have received an update for front facing video on 4k 1:07
Mine hasn't... The only way to get 4k on the front camera is by using a beta software

Wow, an easy win for OnePlus 12🎖️. Almost everything looked better on my 50" TV from OnePlus 12 on the left side. Better colours, cleaer images on OP12 compared to Vivo's softer duller looking outputs. PS. comment is about photography because video isn't important to me and I skipped that part.
Onuplus 12 sucks In camera department.. compared to other phones in the segment.. for photography it's okaish camera with average front camera

No... I meant too much sharpening will produce artifacts with the details boost... Its a delicate balance... Ideally we want some sharpening to boost the details without introducing too much artifacting
