Beans curry : cooked French beans, Moong sprouts, salt, oil, Red chilli, grated coconut, sliced almonds, Roasted Horsegram, flaxseed ,sesame powder, Mustard seeds, asafoetida.
salad : cucumber, sweet corn , Almonds ,salt, oil, Mustard , grind :coconut, mint, coriander, g.chilli .

I used small red beans.It is Natural colour only.As usual i pressure cooked.I used groundnut oil.
