Hello I just back to train TKD after quitted for 20years. Working out in Fitness is not match mine so Body weight or working out in Martial Arts style will better for me.
I watched your videos and you are very good. You now need to put some combinations of kicks together. Your side needs more attention but it is quite hard. You have good flexibility and a great attitude to the training. Now find a club and get training and competing. Well done Sir.
Gary Foster I have a question and I mean no disrespect 🙏🏽.. just observant.. I notice when you throw a kick.. any of them.. do you emphasize in your classes on trying to keep the hands up? Or at least somewhere near your face for guard purposes?
