We have just met Cleo at the Subterrania club in Notting Hill. She was brilliant and still rocking. Cleo is known as Honey B Mama and sings in venues around London. She is an amazing lady and we feel it was so lovely meeting such an inspirational woman.Good luck at your gig tomorow.
Also here because of Antiques Roadshow. What a charming and beautiful woman. Love this version with a hint of innocence and almost amateurish in delivery, but charming with a great backing track. Sort of record never get made today. Thank you
Good to see her on 'Antiques Roadshow'. Coincidentally, I published a book just last week (The 'Rolling Stones - The Brian Jones Years!') that details her Stones-backed single.
I just re-watched the new Christmas episode of "All Creatures Great and Small" and there was Cleo acting as a housewife with a dog having issues giving birth to puppies. Thus, she and her husband called the then, unknown, James Harriot.
RIP Cleo. It was pleasure to know you, dear thoughtful neigbour.
Saw Cleo on the antiques Roadshow and she was talking about the making of this song so had to add it to a play list 😊
The Antiques Roadshow brought me here as well. :-)
Me too!
Loved the card with the little drawing by Jimmy Page - innocent times
We saw the ARS too and looked it up!!

Nice trombone solo by Mick Jagger
Is that Ian Stewart on piano?
Si, según el libro Rolling Stones 365 canciones!
Stu was a great pianist and person
written by Phil Spector
I prefer to hear her singing alone without the backing of rolling stones.
RIP Cleo
