There is something I didn't understand well. In your program block about cyclic interrupt for PID you put "Level Meter" in the inlet PER at the beginning but you quited It finally. May you explain me, please, why so? Thank you in advance for your reply.
Hi there, As I've mentioned in the Video (7:44-7:53), the PID instruction only uses one of these 2 inputs: "Input" & "Input-PER", which must be determined inside its settings window ( 9:02-9:10 ). During the final project, I used only the "Input" as the source of my process parameter.
I have worked with transmission pumping station which consisted of 6 pumps with its VFD. Moreover each pump is different Q-H Curve and connected in parallel for single discharge pipe I have one PLC (S7-400 Siemens) now I wanna let PLC control Flow Rate and or Pressure at discharge side, would you suggest me to struct PID for each pump, Demonstrate how to is so very kind if you'll show me, however I thank for this knowledgeful video
Naturally, 6 pumps can control a system better than one pump, but your system is a little complex because of using 6 pumps with different properties. Unfortunately, I can not help you. Probably, you will need to study a little about Multi-input/Multi-output control theory.
@@plcgoods MIMO system is the thing I that haven't learned before, state space equation is related on it. Additionally, Discrete PID (z-domain) is necessary for computer operation, nevertheless I'll study hard about their theory and use them correctly to be obtained best operating point of each pumps, wish the god bless me
I didn't understand that why, when I put IW30 in INPUT of PID_Compact, there was an error that it did not match the Real datatype, but it worked for your program
@@niharkdash3099 please let me have your email address, and also place another comment to ask the code to be emailed to you, i am holding for your email address and your new comment
Hi, you may get the Factory IO trial version (30 days) at the following link: factoryio.com/start-trial/. try to download it, use it for 30 days using our tutorial videos because that is the mostly used software in the market.

Okay!
Now I catch it. Thanks!

can you guide for
PID Control for double solenoid proportional Valves
hi there, If you want to work with 2 valves, you will need 2 PID controllers
I didn't understand that why, when I put IW30 in INPUT of PID_Compact, there was an error that it did not match the Real datatype, but it worked for your program
When 2 data types are not matched together, the TIA Portal converts one of them automatically. This point was explained in the previous videos.
can I please get the link to the previous video ?
Thanks for checking out the channel, link for lesson 32 th-cam.com/video/KdiF27hsZDQ/w-d-xo.html
hello, if I install Factory I/O can i program for SCARA Robots? Please reply me.
I do not have any working experience with that type of robots, please check with the DOBOT company.
@@plcgoods Thank you
could you please provide the link for the HMI designed in this tutorial?
Hi there. necessary steps to design the HMI screen were explained during the previous videos. Please watch them
can i get tutorial for make this hmi?
what do you mean?
Whole program on main, can you show?
hello, Can you clarify your request?
hi, please tell me what part of the program you do not understand or let me know if you want the program code to have.
thanks for expressing your query!
@@plcgoods sorry I couldn't text you,but the program in MAIN

please, redundant system., 2 plc s7-1200 🙏
Thank you, I really appreciate you taking the time to express your concern, but will you be kind enough to clarify me about your concern?
Hello sir, I really appreciate your work and that how you explain, but I have one question for you, can you give me a MHJ plc-lab code? Best regards!
Hello. Unfortunately, I've not worked with this software (MHJ plc-lab) yet. I'm using factory I/O software

@@plcgoods, thank you sir, but can you upload factory io template s7-1200_v15 on one drive?
Help me
How?
