Its very Recently i have started watching your videos, never later. I am loving and learning. Regarding the PWM can you please explain how we can change the on/off time ( duty cycle) using HMI.
you can access the parameter from the DB of PID block.
Its nice simulation.🙂 but as you know most of the time use pwm for temperature control, for level control your valve shold have m.o.v Positioner and pwm input. If connect pwm pulse directly to for example solenied valve it will not work correctly or destroy piping...but your simulation was good to compare pwm vs analog, thanks a lot.🌹🌹🌹

I need to control the temperature of 12 heating zone with individual thermocouple. For PWM, the maximum limit is 4 with S7-1200. Can I use Digital Output if I select low switching frequency for SSR as you did by setting 1 second in on/off controller.

PWM mode the first when tank empty we can adjust PID value for output on longtime, after that level near setpoint can plc auto adjust on output sort time?
