Silent reflux can be so scary! We thought my daughter had that after she was born. I don’t think she actually did, but it was a very frustrating time! Found you over on Twitter, just subscribed! :)
She makes me so excited to have a newborn again! Her hair reminds me of Harleighs, gets stuck up for so long and used to really annoy me 😂 but now I miss it so much! X
That sounds like exactly what I'm going through with my 3 week old. He gags spits up and cough sometimes. Scares me so bad. I barely sleep on those bad nights.
There are a few Facebook pages on CMPA with recipe ideas and things on them, they usually have loads of accidentally dairy free items like biscuits and treats which have no milk in usually a lot of own brand items so great for the bank balance too as typically dairy free items are expensive xx
Christine Walker thank you the health visitor did mention that but said it is tricky to use when breastfeeding! I will ask at my 6 week check up though xx
My little boy suffered too. We were prescribed infant gaviscon and it is a pain to give if breastfeeding, I had to mix it with a couple ml of water and syringe feed it. X
@@KerryMConway Yes, we had to give it before each feed. It really did help though. I know if bottle feeding you just mix the sachet with milk, so if she will take a bottle of expressed you could perhaps try just one feed a day and see if it helped. X
Tina Hutber agree ! Vego is the way to go also Booja Booja ice cream, a little pricey but so rich and yummy you only need a small amount . Both from ocado who sell the largest range or dairy free
Get ranitidine from GP for reflux as it really isn't something babies should suffer with and ranitidine really is the best treatment for reflux. Have you tried baby tummy massage for her reflux as this is supposed to work amazing for baby reflux.
I love the updates. I think regularly updates is really helpful and enjoyable to watch Roma getting bigger. Will be nice for u to look back on too x
Yes true! Thank you :)
A baby wrap or carrier is a lifesaver. It keeps your hands free and baby is snug and comfy against your chest
