Huzzah! All hail the Slime Slayers! Thank you for keeping on with this. I hope you and Shelab make it all the way thru the current content. I'm really enjoying this and hoping to convince my wife to go in on this. :)
Instead of placing torches in larvae areas, try planting glow tulips. The bugs seem less offended by flora than flame.

Nah, they're 100% as offended, it's just tulips have a smaller radius of light, so they don't trigger offense at as far a distance. Just isolate the tiles you put them down on, or use a lantern while you're in their area.
Loving this series, perfect choice to bring LadyShelab along!
Quick tip: With any equipment active, you can hold down shift to temporarily change to torches so you quickly can place down some before returning to your pickaxe, weapon or other things like walls, floors or bridges!
It's soo good to see the strategizing and testing of hypothesis in action, just seeing what ideas gets tested rather than seeing the finished result!

This is easily one of my favourite series I have seen from either you or ladyshelab.
So Glurch's chest takes up 2 spaces and has 24 inventory slots. The regular chest takes up 1 space and has 18 inventory slots. So having two regular chests is actually more efficient storage than Glurch's chest.

@@notagoat281 Additionally, while two chests is more tile-efficient, when storing stuff according to a specific criteria, keeping it all in one chest of 24 slots means keeping it much more sorted.
I feel bad about you having to kill Ghorm. He's just tunneling around minding his own business. And it's not like he's making new ones.
I have a problem with this series, and that problem is that I'm so addicted I have to watch both you and Lady Shelabs videos. I can't wait to see more!
The adventure of Aavak and Shelab continues and certainly don't disappoint. Last time cliffhanger let me expecting the discovery of a new boss but not said boss "introducing" itself in such a fashion xD

I'm simply enchanted by this series, Core Keeper's world is full of thrilling dangers and fascinating secrets and treasures.

There is a lot in this game for having 3 bosses revealed thus far to us. Though i am a little sad the decoration options seem to be limited (although understandably so with larger enemys beeing able to destroy tiles or torches in case of the larvae things ). Do the tombstones display a bit about the particular death ?

Hmm, quite possibly!
Mining? Probably not as it didn't seem to cause the terrain pieces to drop as items (and by proxy, likely no ore drops... needs sciencing)
Clearing large areas? Definitely a possibility.
when you kite him just a little farther than they did, he ignores you and goes back to his sigil on the ground and heals up.
You can press Q to auto put matching items into a chest from your inventory. Eg, if you have tin in the chest and your inventory it will go in when you press q
Press shift to swop to torches if they are in your hot bar.

I really love the look of the unpainted walls, but I like industrial architecture. I'm really into the cement and steel look, with some green walls spread around.

45:10 - "help me dig up the ground here" - Shelab comes to supervise your digging.
Scrap will repair anything.. scrap woods tools to fix iron tools/armors.

Is the audio super desynced for anyone else? It's not a big problem since I was mostly reading and listening to the video but watching it actively, occasionally, it seems very desynced to me.
Actually never mind it seems to just be an issue on my Xbox? That's very odd.
i dont want to say anything in case its just me but the video repeated itself somewhere around 20 mins after aavak died cause it went back to aavak talking about something earlier on in the video and getting the alchemy table that he should of already got

@@Aavak its throughout the video when you talk i had to turn my headset up all the way and the video down all the way to get it, its not bad but i noticed it
