Spartan Lunchbox Locker Install on Our Jeep Cherokee!!

We finally got a front locker to put in our cherokee and we fired up the millermatic 211 for a DIY rear locker!

@Mitten Motorsports I bought mine from an online auction. It looked better in the pictures. It messed up how many people try to scam. But it is what it is, I'm still going to make it work.

I would recommend upgrading to chrome Molly axle shafts and use Spicer unjoints. I have Aussie locker with 33s I was braking braking drive side all the time

We will keep that in mind when we inevitably snap our axles. 😂

When you weld those gears, make several passes and stack the welds. Get in as many places as you can. You will be surprised how much stress is put onto those welds, and they can break loose. Looking forward to seeing the "test" run with the new upgrades.

That’s pretty much what we did. I welded a little more after what I showed in the video but not much more.

We thought about it!! But we figured turning would be tough with all 4 locked at all times.
