    Eu faço academia a 6 meses e tenho interesse de fazer Calistenia tbm, fazer dos 2 acredito que deve dar muito bom

      Tem como, em muitas academias tem barra fixa, paralelas, ent tem como vc complementar o seu treino de costas ou peito com esses exercícios. Ou fazer um treino de costas inteiro com Calistenia, um Full Body só com exercícios funcionais... Enfim, dá bom, sim! 🚀 eu treino há 10 anos, acredito que em 4 anos, eu já tava com essa linha, ainda sou pequeno, mas acho q ganhei maturidade muscular de lá pra cá...
