The pilot after you released it it kept on the fire? or it shutoff after releasing it?

Same problem at my fryer what help u out?? Every time I close the vaule the fire goes out

Question if it doesn’t give enough gas then the problem would be with the valve

If the pilot light goes out after a few seconds do I need to change the entire piece?

You have to check Hi limit and thermopile first
