Its jap confusing. If it just simply said: o/d on when its on and o/d off when it’s off. Talk about lost in translation! If tyou tap that button that says : o/d , then dash sqys in English: “O/D off “then it sets the car up for rough, steep hill climbing. ££££££ higher torque so I’ve crunched some numbers and I’ll let you work it out yourselves folks but it’s about 15 / 20 more in fuel. Its hard to say anything without sounding racist so I’m just g’leave with this radical idea: Honda, please change that button so when its pressed, it says: O/D on because as far back as i can remember then that was always the case! , If you don’t engage that button then in means its not being inadvertently being used to much expense. Here’s a perfect example a light switch BOOM 💥 Why are we all not working for honda, making damn good money plus a company vehicle ( a vauxhall thank you, its a deal beaker or I walk .. oh yeah benefits too and never mention overdive again unless you’ve had your 8 hours 😊
400km. question is your transmission still stock or it was rebuild already with that milage? like clutch disk and lining were replaced?
Original transmission yes, engine and body were very worn out and it was scrapped at 411,000
when should i use 2nd gear or 1st gear when it’s snowing?
Leave it in Drive, use 2nd when climbing slippery hills and use good snow tires amigo
@@GPaulDiddy alright, thanks. does over drive off makes the car faster and power or no? can i leave over “drive off” for a long time???
@@juarezzz3475 you can leave it off but it will drink more gas

My overdrive doesnt go on again, you know what i can do?
Should Rev around 3000 Rpms on the highway with overdrive on, if its higher than that you have a transmission problem
When is off it spends more gas?
Always, because its choosing power over fuel economy gearing
