One of the best cars ever made as far as price, dependability, utility, and gas mileage.There's still allot of them on the road, though they are showing their age. If I could buy one brand new, I would snatch it up.

Jedynki i dwójki są po prostu nie do zdarcia,najlepsze hondy jakie kiedykolwiek powstały. Obecnie 2005 2.4L I-Vtec 2"lift KO2 225/70/16 i mimo dołączanego napędu wyjezdza ze wszystkiego.
Też mam juz II ale 2.0. Lift 2" już wszedł. Za jakiś czas wrzuce jak to jedzie w terenie ale seryjnych na szosówkach szału nie ma :)

Tak ale to przez stary olej w dyfrze w swojej też tak miałem że piszczało skrzypiało po wymianie oleju w most jest cichutki
Wymiana oleju nie pomogła. Tylni tyfer miał już troche dość :)
clean the IAC (Intake Idle Control Valve) it will fix the smoking problem! :)

Czyli podniosłeś tył i przód o około 5 cm względem serii? Kupiłem już takie same felgi od jeepa i opony 215/75R15. Powiedz proszę czy otwór centrujący pasuje czy trzeba jakiś pierścień i czy dokładałeś jakieś dystanse żeby koło wyszło bardziej na zewnątrz czy po prostu przykręciłeś koła bez dystansów? Z góry dziękuję za odpowiedź...

Change your rear diff fluid, it'll help get rid of the noise. They came filled with ATF and after complaints of noise, Honda put out a TSB and the fix is to replace the ATF with Honda dual pump 2 fluid.
Well, I just replaced the Honda DPS-F and basically nothing has changed. How he howls how he howls. Interestingly, you can see at 5:40 that he only howls forward. When reversing there is no sound. Maybe it's not oil but worn discs in the rear differential?
Hi, I just got back from an offroad mud ride a week ago and have a similar problem...My differential oil is original Honda one month old. It makes a similar sound to me but when backing up. When I'm driving forward, I can hear the shuffling sound again. I'm convinced it's coming from the right rear wheel brake system. I'll clean it and see.
@@walkolot Sound is coming from the grinding pinion and ring gear. Either they're dry, damaged or misaligned(too tight).

Bought one last year for my dog.. really reliable, really surprising in off road, and good on highway as well. It was supposed to be my second car but I used it as a first.
(A 6th gear would have been perfect)

The best Honda Cr-v is the earlier 2005 2.2 diesel engine.I have remapping, egr off,sport filter,catalytic converter s off...oo man...its a rocket,very fast and very good on off road,tested my self for 4 year's now.Never have any problems ✌️💪

Got a nice '98 CRV 5spd with 308000km (±180000 mi,es) 6 weeks back had the same noise, replaced the diff oil 4 days ago, problem *_GONE!_* 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻Impressive video, it has boosted my confidence in this little car. Many thanks. Cape Town South Africa.

Pomimo tego ze jest już bardzo stara i ma swoje bolączki i jest toporna jak stare tico to jest to chyba jeden z moich najbardziej niezawodnych samochodów jakie miałem :)

I bought one as a go between car whilst fixing my other !! I am now keeping this and getting rid of the other They are fantastic with the auto 4x4 system an idiot can go off road and get away with it they are THAT GOOD !!!!!!!!!!!

Old honda with make that squeking sound.
Change diff oil, 1 litre every 30 000 miles (50 000km) noise goes immediately. Important to use correct oil.
