Who else hated charge Supers? Andy Bogard is one of my favorite characters but his Cho Reppa Dan had a ridiculous input. Same goes with Geese Howard. One of favorite fighting game villains but damn man...His Raging Storm..Carpal Tunnel right there, man.
For whatever reason, I can't input Cho reppa dan for Andy. I did it once by accident and cannot recreate it. I'm holding down, and then doing quarter circle forward with B and D and it doesn't work. I'm so confused and frustrated.
You gotta make sure you release down for about a half a second before you do the quarter circle or the game won't register your input. Can't do it too fast and you can't do it too slow Lol. Also, you gotta make sure you're holding down long enough.

KOF 94 pissed me off because you can't see when the super specials are comin'. Still an awesome game though. ^_^

I actually discovered how do do Rugal's Desperation Move. I think is was QCf HCB punch. All it is is a stronger God Press.

Scarred Steel you made good but you have to push B & D after the quarter of circle,not at same time
