Originalmente Chang y Choi eran más serios pero con los años se volvieron factor comedia junto con Kim De hecho, originalmente Kim no iba a estar en KOF 94, en su lugar Chang y Choi iban a formar un equipo de villanos/delincuentes junto a otro personaje. La idea fue descartada y en su lugar pusieron a Kim como el tercer integrante. Al menos en KOF XIV finalmente tuvimos ese equipo de villanos formado por Chang, Choi y Xanadu Sobre Choi, él esta fuertemente inspirado en Freddy Kruger de hecho originalmente él iba a usar un sueter con rayas similar a Freddy pero los desarrolladores lo cambiaron a evitar problemas de derechos de autor...PERO en KOF XIV, Choi finalmente usa un sueter de rayas 😆

Dato curioso, como el KOF 94 salió despues de Fatal Fury Special y antes que el Fatal Fury 3, Kim dice algunas frases de Terry en el KOF 94 No culpo a los desarrolladores por reciclar porque el desarrollo de KOF 94 fue complicado llegando a un nivel de crunch muy grande. Lo cual era comun en Japon en ese entonces
