blitzo (pronounced blitz) is the founder and manager of i.m.p and is one of the main protagonists of helluva boss. blitzo is a bombastic, big-talking, and sardonic imp. he is high-energy and career-focused, having recently started his own company, something that's noted to be rare for an imp to achieve. he is very invested in the company's success and willing to make many personal sacrifices to achieve it. however, despite his enthusiasm to break out of the lowly social position his species is assigned in hell, he is also, in many ways, wildly unprofessional and scattershot in his methods. despite his status as his company's sole director, he can frequently behave in ways that are immature, self-absorbed, and even disrespectful towards his employees, affecting their level of respect for him. he is also willing to be manipulative in some questionable ways, sleeping with the married stolas, initially in order to 'borrow' his grimoire, the key element allowing him and his employees to fulfill contracts to assassinate people on earth. underneath blitzo's powerful drive to succeed at all costs, however, is an emotionally troubled imp, one who is dealing with the repercussions of a checkered past, that has left many people he once knew and is implied to have cared for, hurt, and actively bitter towards him. deep down, covered by his bluster, blitzo is haunted by these ghosts and makes a habit of running from, rather than facing, his current problems in reaction. he struggles with genuine emotional connection and appears to crave the idealized healthy relationship dynamics of his married employees, moxxie and millie, who he regularly spies on while they're in private, as well as the affection of his surly adoptive daughter, loona. blitzo is slightly more at home and focused when on the ground on assassination missions, as he is murder-savvy and can be gleefully sadistic with his targets, having minimal restraint in the more brutal killings. when push comes to shove in high danger and combative situations, blitzo is also fiercely protective of his friends and family.
pico's school (also referred to as pico 1) is a point-and-click game created by tom fulp and the third entry in the pico franchise, released on july 25, 1999. made in flash 3, it was also the first game to feature pico, who has since become one of newgrounds' mascots. pico is described as "popular" by his peers, being the first one to raise his hand in class, often using his words and speaking up whenever possible, showing his confident side. he also acts quite reckless and takes action immediately during the destruction of his school. he has an aggressive side to him, being an extremely skilled gunman and fighting any foes in his way. pico is caring of his friends' safety, and immediately faces threats against darnell and nene without hesitation in pico 2 and resident pico respectively. along with this, he proves himself to be loyal, as in friday night funkin' he refuses to work against boyfriend twice and even saves his life. pico is also the antagonist of friday night funkin week 3, a background character in week 5, a supporting character in week 7, and the future playable protagonist of the upcoming level against darnell. his tracks include pico, philly and blammed. he was teased alongside tankman, cassette girl and hank j. wimbleton on the 15th of november, 2020. he was added to the game with the release of week 3 on the 11th of december, 2020. he is the second guest character introduced to friday night funkin', the first being skid and pump and the third being tankman.

The attention to detail is incredible! In Pico's second verse when the background opens up to his FNF week, the arrows actually line up with his rap words! I've been a fan of this awesome channel for a while, but this was definitely top of the charts.

Pico had quotables. "Turning heads" "stan loona" "Side show" and my favorite "blitzophrenia", he worked with the show's premise and nailed it. Blitzo had a longer rounds overall and his his flow match his natural cadence so it was more enjoyable to listen to. Pico's second round had alot of personals but dragged a little bit. Blitzo kept that pace all the way to the end edging him the win for me. Both sides were dope, it was close battle. Amazing work from the VAs, the editors, and charters working with the source materials. Great video!
When I watched this for the first time, I was expecting everything but an Eminem reference, yet it makes so much sense with his character.

I recently finished both Helluva Boss and Hazbin Hotel and I get these references so much now. The editing is SOOOO GOOD like HOLY SHIT. Pico's first verse was wonderful. Even though Blitzo was entirely in character and had an irresistible charisma, Pico objectively won LOL

I have never been so astonished by a battle before. Every line had my jaw down to my knees and I was going insane as though I was TH-camr overreacting to something. The only flaw with this battle is Blitzo's voice but that's something no one can do. But upon re watch its starting to kinda grow on me. Overall I think Pico won. Which for me is hard to admit because while I like Pico I despise Fnf but I am a huge fan of Helluva boss and Hazbin hotel, but Pico just dominated Blitzo.

Why despise fnf?
The music to me is awful and the community is even worse. Like every ten days someone is exposed as a pedo. Also the gameplay is pretty boring. Although the art style is decent and I can admire the mods with decent tracks. I personally liked the for hire track, and think that plants vs rappers is pretty cool, and some lyric videos are kinda neat but for me it's not enough to justify the game or God forbid the community.

y'know recd has always had a thing for being really good at voicing certain characters and still surprising how well he did it with blitzo
Gotta give it to Pico here. He overall had a funkier beat and better sounding lines, with me not even TOUCHING flow. To top it off, he dissed pretty much everything there is to on Blitzø, but unlike him, Pico wasnt a hypocrite. Practically everything Blitzy tried attacking him on was stuff he himself has even worse than Pico, while he also ignored the really hard-hitting stuff Pico threw at him, about his familial issues and all the pain he's caused. Whats more, his disses were more focused on Newgrounds and its flaws than Pico himself, mixing it in with wordplay more than actual points and hits. Pico mamaged to sound better in every aspect, while hitting like a truck, not being a hypocrite, and generally handling the battle better.
