about:
spinel is the main antagonist of steven universe: the movie and a supporting character in steven universe future. she was created 6,000 years prior to the events of the movie to comfort the lonely pink diamond who had lost her first pearl to white diamond. the two would play in pink's garden until she was finally given a colony. at this point, pink outgrew spinel and abandoned her under the guise of playing a game by having spinel stand alone for thousands of years while pink never returned. after discovering this through steven's message to the universe she went to earth with full intent to destroy all organic life forms as a way of getting revenge. after making amends with steven and the crystal gems, the diamonds take her back to live with them on homeworld. now reformed and free, she is still living with the diamonds, living a less destructive and aggressive life.
bendy the devil, also known as "the dancing demon" is a cartoon character created by henry stein as joey drew studios's mascot in the very late 1920s. he is as well the titular character of the bendy franchise, being its namesake. the studio's flagship character, bendy starred in a series of cartoons and comic strips thirty years prior to the events of the first game, often alongside the studio's other characters such as boris the wolf and alice angel. bendy was also hired by briar label as a spokestoon for their bacon soup.

Y’all killed this. Spinel’s VA (BBlackRoses) was spot on. I would’ve thought Spinel’s original VA came to spit if I hadn’t watched the credits. And Jenni really injected so much personality into their Bendy. They sounded exactly how I would expect Bendy to sound. I think it’s mostly because I’m a little bit biased on BATIM, but this has gotta be my favorite portrayal of any Bendy.

I think the clinger line from bendy is his lines about pink diamond left her and spinel never really didn't do anything until after she realized pink diamond died from steven.
also spinel throwing shade on bendy's fan base but spinel is one to talk about fanbase considering the steven universe fanbase bullied a girl into almost committing suicide for drawing rose skinny instead of how she is usually drawn.
plus I find bendy line about the diamonds being space nazis to absolutely ironic and accurate considering they kill all live to make their own.
spinel morals were also a mixed bag in the movie. that she would rather stop killing steven after he sings a song. while bendy never hesitated to killing henry in his game.
so overall I think it was a landslide victory for bendy as he had a grew flow and dishes but I do want to address a nag of spinel last sad of bendy been a clone from previous trends like fnaf. I believe that it is to some extent true. considering that five nights of freddy's basically puts a bar that no indie game can really stay out of without do something similar in nature to fnaf.
so that was really the only like I felt spinel had a true diss on bendy.

Dang, this was another amazing battle. And truly hard to decide upon because of how close the match was. Bendy had better flow and roasts, yet Spinel had rhythm and burned those hard facts. As much as I wanted Spinel to take this W, Bendy just edged out in having the best lines and a killer intro.
But, Spinel put up a great fight with Joenomrc and BBlackRoses doing an amazing job with their voices. The great animation and editing were the icing on the cake.
Overall, it amazing episode.

I love Spinel and SU in general and never really played BATIM but I gotta give this one to Bendy. Though Spinel's last line was pretty brutal.

This battle not only matches, but exceeds Salad Fingers vs Marionnet in sheer quality of just, like, everything! The editing, the animations, the bars, and the voices. I ADORE Bendy's voice here, and it really lent itself to his just super satisfying flow for his raps. Spinel was awesome too, and while she also had some really good flow, I do have to agree with others that her calling out Bendy's fanbase is a bit of a shot in the foot! Still, the visuals, the beat, just everything hits so hard here, and I look forward to seeing more from this channel!

Lets see "you were barely even in your game" is pretty good, and frankly I find the "you came around quickly" thing pretty flimsy if not downright an anti-bar considering Bendy was barely around enough to even have a character to want to redeem, AND he was just a monster in the game...so...yeah. Also missed opportunity for Spinel to say something about how at least she's moved on from her problems unlike Bendy who's in a permanent cycle reliving the same events over and over again.

That was awesome. I may not understand the match-up but the raps, the animation and the beat. The voices also sound as it they were the real voices of them. 1:26 When she said little joker I recognized how her voice sounded similar to that of Harley Quinn who I've heard in other rap battles. I saw also the rap battles with the inkling and Isabelle, two characters I really like and are adorable, and they were amazing. Your style and the odd match-ups really remind me of freshy kanal. Both of you have uncommon and often unexpected match-ups but nevertheless turn out to be cool and have addiction potential. I think both of make incredible stuff and you deserve more attention. So go on with amazing content like this.

That was cool how the first few bars were old school sounding and then dropped in with the new clarity. Idk who these characters are but it was a close one. You ever need a rapper for a voice I'm only a message away
Damn that bendy 3D model reminds the good old days when bendy was new and lots of songs came out
Great animation as always and the flows were more laid back then usual but it worked well. So the 1st round is easily going to Bendy with the three nazis and Pink Diamond, and Spinel's 1st only had one at that level as the imp/simp bar, and some it was blatant hypocrisy including the toxic fanbase bar (which is ironic since I called Nagito out for doing the same thing in Dream vs Nagito but I give him back the point since we know who's is objectively worse), which Bendy flipped at the end of his 2nd, and then I went to Nagito vs Dream and got vietnam war flashbacks of that one bar in Nagito's 3rd that sent Dream to his grave, and I was like "Oh uh, Bendy you might get your life ended". Then Spinel flipped the fanbase bar AGAIN, and broke down how he is the same indie game schitck, and died just like pretty much every other popular indie game.
