2 minutes in you already have SUCH a good impression of Blitzo and his mannerisms, Moxie's reaction and his counter-reaction, and the animation and art style, while not exact, are pretty good. Didn't even get out of the office yet and I'm already impressed.
When you realize that the battle was so one sided, Uzi had to take out her own teamates and Stolas had to bail out everyone so it wouldnt be a total stomp.
I bet that if Moxxie and N were without the company of their classmates, they would solve the problem by talking about their hobbies (they are both too good for the world they live in)
I love how on brand all the characters were. That ending with Stolas was perfect and said everything without a single word of dialogue. His expressions let you know everything going through his head.
One thing I love about this is how closely it resembles each show. The attention to detail is stunning. I also love the subtle things, such as the common sound effects in Helluva Boss. 10/10, I absolutely adore this animation.

I love how the guns didn't just seal the fight, and both parties had a chance. But I feel like millie was nerfed here. As were the actual MURDER drones
@@tristancummings5925, as far as I can see, she only won due to her abilities and NOT actual skill, so yea, already an unfair fight. (confused, stare) -Blitzo having to explain to Stolas the freaky robot angels destroyed his book
the love and attention to detail that went into the making of this absolutely incredible video is so apparent and it warms my heart to see the best slice of the indie animation community give birth to such an amazing homage to these two beloved shows. great work guys!
I like how you made the winner clear without any of the character dying. Also, I feel like this is exactly how the fight would go narratively speaking since Stolas would definitely tell something’s up. On another note: The voice acting is fucking AMAZING. Especially with Blitzø, he sounds EXACTLY like Brandon Roger’s with only a few lines sounding a tad bit off. The rest of the cast clearly sounds different but they still sound really good and pretty close to what they sound like in their own separate shows.
Stolas stepping in at the end was perfect. Stolas knewed that they had done their best while still being annoyed to having to rescue them again and the spell books(whatever it is called) being destroyed.
Major Praise for whoever voiced Blitzo. His voice impression and performance of him was so spot on that at first I actually believed that you got the original voice actor to voice him. You know you got talent as a voice impressionist when you can’t even tell the difference.
A lot of people forget that even though Uzi, N, and V have the edge in power and abilities. Blitzø, Moxxie, and Millie have the edge in skill and experience.
Skill and Experience can only do so much in battle. The murder drones just have way more advantages over I.M.P than vice versa. Especially in this scenario where they don't have much knowledge of the murder drones.
This is literally the most amazing indie animation crossover I've ever seen!! Helluva Boss and Murder Drones totally deserve their reputations and the voice acting is splendidly spot on!!
@@atom.eve76 I like murder drones more than helluva boss too however whether uzi/Cyn would have beaten stolas in a fight really only boils down to "how would null affect stolas and his Immortality?" So I guess we will never know
man, this was AMAZING. the character interactions, the comedy, the action, the animation, the voice actors, how this could actually be a legit canon crossover, etc. you did a great job man.
My sentiments exactly I don’t know how to say it any better than you did just… that was incredible in every possible way! I was entertaining the whole way through!! And Stolas coming in clutch at the end all while N retreated so no one died was PERFECT!! And that adorable interaction between Moxxie and N was sooo cute!!!
This crossover was awesome! It's interesting to see the Murder Drones characters in 2-D. The animation was great, the fight scenes were intense, and the VAs did a great job at replicating the characters' voices. Overall, this animation rocks! Also, if it weren't for the circumstances, Moxxie and N would be great friends.
That..was…fucking impressive. The fact you got them fighting was cool, and practically fully transitioning Uzi into a full ‘Murder’ frenzy was cool, and you fit Stolas and his whole demon thing in, fucking amazing, keep up the good work!
I have to say, I really appreciate the Death Battle quality animation, while it is not on par with the respective styles, it's still good enough without infringing the original source materials.
@@ipadalready Granted, I haven't watched Murder Drones, but I think murder robots vs imps is a pretty clear victory for the murder robots. Murder robots vs demon prince, however...
Well done for no one needing to die while making it clear who would be the winners, even more so for making a believable scenario for them not finishing each other off. Perfectamundo!
When I saw the trailer yeah it is clear blitzo and the other 2 are pretty much just humans who r immune to fire that's pretty much all they got compared to the drones who r pretty much just broken because of healing factor bullets don't do much at all
Despite the somewhat choppy animation this was actually extremely entertaining, and for once stayed true to the lore and humor of both sides of this universe. The fight scenes were also top tier material. get this man a higher budget.
The fact that the gang held there ground for as long as they did against killer drones proves even when there outgunned they have skill at doing there job
As a fan of Murder Drones, Helluva Boss, and just indie animation as a whole, WOW. This is probably one of the best fan crossovers I’ve ever seen! The animation’s incredible, the fight scenes were awesome, and I was SHOCKED when I didn’t find Michael Kovach or Brandon Rogers in the VA credits! This was AMAZING, and I hope to see more in the future! (Insert subscribing sound effect)
I’m shocked just how well the demons held their own against the robots with the power of the void. It’s a shame that Uzi going full Absolute Solver cut the fight short, the demons were kicking things into Super gear.
@@patric1236The murder drones are able to regenerate lost parts. Too much damage at once though and they apparently turn into eldritch centipede looking things.
I'm so impressed. You guys kept everything as the original show and adapted a 3d animation to 2d seamlessly. You even kept the original plot of helluva boss of hitman devils instead of the romantic one. Nice Job!
fair enough, one thing tho if they chop robots up enough they wont regenrate cuz they wont have enough limbs still think the drones would absolutely win easily tho dont get me wrong
Yeah I was about to say, the Helluva boss crew seemed really underpowered compared to N, V, and Uzi. But I do wonder how Uzi and Stolus would have gone if N hadn’t stopped her.
Stolas and I.M.P probably would’ve been incinerated, in fact if uzi had used her absolute solver ability at the beginning of the fight, IMP would’ve been gone in five seconds.
Drones have the weakness of heat which is often forgotten about, and hell is literally an inferno, so if just a moderate temp change due to sunlight is enough to kill them, stolas throwing any kind of hellfire would be an insta ko.
Stolas is a very powerful demon with magic that would have ended bad for Uzi. Stolas is the sort of demon that would be considered a greater demon in 40k if you're familiar with that series.
One thing worth mentioning is that even though the Drones won, both sides have suffered a heavy toll. The bunker containing the answers, including the list of drones inflected with the Absolute Solver, is now ashes. Which means that Uzi will never find the answers she's looking for, and that there's now no way of knowing how many infected drones there are, which could spell doom for everyone on the planet. I.M.P may have completed the job, by Stolas's book is now destroyed. This not only potentially leaves I.M.P without a means of travel towards the mortal realm and by that case without a function, Stolas can no longer do *his* job, which will get him in serious trouble once the higher ups find out that his book (which I imagine is either incredibly difficult to replicate or cannot be at all) is destroyed, especially because he let three low class imps illegally travel to the mortal realm.
Nah i think the animator were loading back and just wanted to make stoles appear cuz the book was destroyed both sides did good but remember the murder drones can all regenerate so I wasn’t really sure how this would end but it they did good
He really perfectly replicated their styles and voice acting almost perfectly, it really looks official, even the little jokes or gags are spot on. Last time i watched this guy it was a long time ago, thus is a huge upgrade.
Honestly, if it was just the normal 3V3, IMP would’ve lost. I mean I’m pretty sure it does show that because Stolas comes in clutch. IMP was extremely outmatched, unlike the murder drones none of IMP could regenerate or use any type of special abilities. Though I really did enjoy N and Moxxie’s little nice guy moment made me smile.
In my eyes, IMP did lose. Millie and V knocked each other out at around the same time, but V could regenerate and came out just fine. N knocked out Moxxie and Blitzø was completely destroyed by Uzi once she lost control of herself. Not to mention the fact that they lost through battlefield removal.
Honestly it doesn't feel like I.M.P. stood any chance in this fight. Both sides have crazy weaponry but the Murder Drones can regenerate easily and Uzi has the absolutely busted Absolute Solver ability.
@@insane2201 ok forgive me but I genuetly think it would actually be close between Stolas and the Absolute Solver because yea sure we've only seen Stolas get hurt by a angelic weapon but we have no idea what the Solver is able to do, mostly because Murder Drones takes place in the 31st centuries and the solver could have stuff that could harm or even kill Stolas, lets also take account on stolas destroying that star, I am not 100% sure if that was some illusion in the Lullaby or the actual thing so I'm not including that as a feat of stolas, meanwhile we know for a fact the Solver has destroyed entire planets and probable even entire solar systems, and not to mention those Black Holes and even Uzi's weird power of telekinesis, multiplying, and protentional teleporting after what we have seen from Dull who could be believed has the exact same powers as Uzi and better knowledge on how to use them, Stolas may be a Higher demon but that doesn't Mean the Absolute Solver is a force for him to fight, also if Stolas were to somehow win against Uzi/Cyn, Cyn clearly corrupted Uzi as shown in episode 6, so Cyn could potentially take over some other worker drone or something and learn from her failed attempt and try again with a different approach. GOD THATS ALL A MOUTH FULL! all I'm saying is in my opinion, it might be a difficult fight but the Solver wins
@@enderverse_talesAlso from the context it’s not Stolas who destroys the star but simply he opened a portal to a solar system where the star goes supernova, so technically his only feat in that context is that he’s capable of multidimensional and interstellar portal creation.
@@enderverse_talesI'm on agreement on this, but maybe his knowledge of everything would help, since yes, the robots are from the technical future, hell is in its sense here, across time and space. I wonder if Stolas might have the knowledge to planar shift them unwillingly directly in front of a star, for instance. It would be very interesting to see how the fight went, especially with his goetia true form and such.
Two of my favourite indie animation films getting a crossover was a phenomenal watch! Side note: I don't know if it was intentional or not but seeing V catch the bullet with her blade hands while fighting Millie was a really cool reference
@@jackalopebob In hindsight it makes since because realistically if uzi is forced into a drawn out fight with her powers, her using the black holes is all but inevitable.
The amount of attention to detail in this is insane, from Stolas's theme playing when he shows up to the mp.3 playing on V's face during her fight with Millie
Everything involving IMP was absolutely spot-on. You nailed the way that they fight, and the way that they talk, and the bit with a Copper-9 scientist giving them the job was really fun. The animation was excellent throughout, too. However, from both a dialogue perspective and fight choreography perspective, everything about the Murder Drones trio felt weirdly out of character to me. Uzi was way too mean and trigger-happy, and V and N felt dumber and more one-note than their canon counterparts. And in the fight scene section, they had all the same powers as they do in canon, but their fighting styles weren’t the same at all. Uzi was waving her power around like a bully instead of fighting to survive, N was barely even trying to fight instead of immediately moving to disable the threat, and V was acting like an aggressive battle junkie instead of a pragmatic sadist.
About the fighting part, the reason why it was so weird is because that was probably hard to animate. You can’t expect them to catch every one of those details…like don’t even complain abt that unless you can do better
4:13 there’s two things I noticed here: one, that essay is clearly written by ChatGPT, and two, Stolas warned them about the cold weather, meaning that Blitzo definitely did not read that
Nah, it's probably from one or many of his books that he found the information and copied it over. Also, that is not an essay, and the text can just be made by someone who is proffesional
This might be the best fanmade animation I've ever seen for a show. Props to you, the fight scene and the ending were fantastic! The murder drones also were really well executed in 2d. I wasn't sure how they would look in the transition to 2d, but I think it worked well!

This gave me MASSIVE nostalgia for One Minute Melee, which I have to thank you for cause that was one of my favorite series to watch. Awesome job to Moro and crew!
For a second I thought IMP had a chance, but then I remembered Uzi literally has telekinesis. Also, I love that Moro gave Uzi’s tail the fnaf 1 jumpscare sound.
Tbh if you think about it millie is the only one that has actual combat experiences while they're 2 drones that has regenerative power's and can learn the enemies move in a few fights with an angsty teen that knows how to fight like an anime character, sure the imps are probably immortal but sure as the drones in some way, cause they get cloned and regenerate.
@@lightningjadejavier All of them have combat experience, it's made very clear. Blitz is the only one that most likely has less combat experience compared to the other two. Mox was a gangster, robbed places and most likely fought cops and other gangs. He is a great marksman and fights from a distance. He can hold his own in close combat, but not as well as the others. Blitz, still not much on his backstory other than clowns, however we seen him hold his own against trained agents with ninja weapons, and his aim while good, not Mox good. Millie blows Mox and Blitz out of the water with close quarter combat, it's not funny. We know zero to none about her backstory alongside Blitz, other than that she's a tough scary farmgirl. If you sit here and think about it, the first episode is not the first time taking a job, meaning they have been taking jobs for a period of time we do not know about, we do not know how they all met besides Mox and Blitz, we do not know how much experience they have prior and after the business was made.
Okay, but now I want to see an end-of-series Uzi vs Stolas. Going into this I was thinking "Uzi solos everything/everyone under overlord level with the Solver, I.M.P. don't stand a chance"
That was very enjoyable, my only criticism is that sometimes the movement animation looks a bit stiff in certain areas. Not as fluid as the original shows but that doesn’t take away any of the enjoyment from the action scenes, it’s all beautifully detailed and designed. Everyone is in character, and it’s just all around a good time and a fantastic experience. Kudos to everyone involved for their hard work.
@UTTPr378 I had to google what UTTP is after reading your dozen comments, so I would already say no, but after reading that its an anti-trolling organisation that are trolls themselves, yeah nah.

Uzi wouldve died on spot in seconds KEKW
Drones have the weakness of heat which is often forgotten about, and hell is literally an inferno, so if just a moderate temp change due to sunlight is enough to kill them, stolas throwing any kind of hellfire would be an insta ko.

@@CamMationsagreed
i miss murder drones so im just watching fanmades now DANG THATS A GOOD ANIMATION THO

I felt the same way. Their only way of winning was Stolas coming in and destroying everything with his magical tomfuckery.

I love how N's and Moxxie's energy is the same and V's and Millie's are also the same
Frr
N+Mox: Goofball pure idiots
V+Millie: Badass, girlboss, murder machines
And then Uzi and Blitz are total opposites.
@@Nicksterski543Uzi is more alike Loona.
Secret serial designation A comes in in episode 8
@@LiveLaughLoveLeof moxxie is actually the smartest of the group, however i dont watch md so idk
@UTTPr378 are u finding everything glitch related to troll on???
That wasn't a very helpful critique but you should be lectured; be it by a professional nonetheless but I digress
@@ShadyIndividual513 UTTP is more like a group of fatherless kids that love posting bot comments on Glitch Productions
@UTTPr378honest to god can you shut up?
Thanks for using our drones in this video!
We are working on drones and with this video you support our company. Thanks again!

Lol actual JCJenson commented?!? (Joke)
You bastars will pay for what you did...
WOW LOVE YOUR PRODUCTS!
I JUST CAN'T GO BACK TO NORMAL PENS!
ok?
Sir the drones are killing each other
I always appreciate battles that have a direct pattern or theme and isn’t just mindless fighting. Happy to see this is like that
I have literally not watched murder drones ir helluva boss, but this is still a great animation!
(I know I'm 1 year late)
Watch it! Both shows are TH-cam series and they're so good.
@ibraahimdureng7482 I'll start watching murder drones first, then.
murder drones in 2d is pretty strange, but helluva boss in 3d would be even weirder
I have a feeling that there would be models from Gmod/SFM used for the HB characters if this was full 3D.
real
Why not have a 3d vs 2d
@@Alivialol-p3z its hard to blend two different animation styles like that and have it be good, you would need two teams for specialized animation and a small fan project like this does not have great funding lol
It can be done and made to look good, but what we got is definitely comparable
I was honestly shocked by how similar the voices and animation are for Helluva boss to the actual show. Well done
