First thing Clive does as Ifrit is killing a baby because he doesn't know how to control himself.
Last thing Clive does as Ifrit is saving a baby because he learned how to control himself.
I'll miss this game.
Does anyone else love the fact that Ifrits ultimate move is just punching the hell out of a massive fireball at someone?
I love the Ifrit Animations where he takes the fireball and begins to slam dunk it on his enemy
AND WELCOME TO THE JAMMM!!! @@Evanz111
"Waterspout"
Glad Leviathan wasn't at full health when he used it, then. Poor baby would've destroyed the entire universe.
Everybody gangsta until "To sail forbidden seas" starts playing
I was literally laying down playing this and then when I heard Forbidden Seas I sat up immediately

Had to do this fight about 30 minutes cause his 3 stages are nightmare fuel. Stage 1: Delayed tail whip in a narrow corridor. Stage 2: having to be perfect to break through Leviathan's shield before Tsunami. Stage 3: a BS maelstrom and waterspout attack. This really was the hardest Eikon fight in the game.
When you realize this is just a baby's tantrum
😂😂😂
wait till he get older 😳😳😳😳😳
@@KendrickWilliams-wg9np Right?
Leviathan's Dominant is already this powerful as a baby... I shudder to think how powerful they could be even in their teen years--with proper training, that is.
21:51
@@pompneigh4329if Leviathan didn’t die shortly after this alongside all other Eikons.
Really makes you wonder how OP Leviathan would be if its host was an adult. This whole fight is literally just a baby throwing a tantrum
I like the fact that from the dialogues during Leviathan fight, Clive as Ifrit is like a older sibling to Levi. Such as the instance when Levi made a huge Watersprout Clive replied that Garuda would be proud about it lol.
But yeah, at this point of time Clive is already too powerful for Leviathan to beat. I wonder how powerful this Leviathan is in comparison to other previous boss Eikons, minus the power up forms after consuming the ether from Mother Crystal that is.
Considering he’s a baby, leviathan is likely the second strongest to Clive
im surprised clive managed so well against an eikon of water lol
Certainly a better outcome than the last time Ifrit had a brotherly bout with another eikon.
eikons are really hard to rank, leviathan is really impressive, even tho its just water, but here's the thing, titan literally rules and smashes the ground, garuda controls the air in a very destructible way, odin is a literal killer of creation, and bahamut is a fucking planet destroyer, whilst leviathan casts remarkable and undeniably monstrous spells and attacks and allat, but I personally don't think he is as destructive as bahamut for examole
Bahamut only becomes a planet destroying after drinking Ether and honestly - Titan has probably gotta be on the bottom of the Eikin spectrum. Ifrit was straight up manhandling him until Titan ate the mother crystal
I died more in this fight than i did the rest of the game and dlcs combined. I also didnt die during any of the other Eikon battles.
The damn wave at the end of the final phase sort of scared me, so glad that was a QTE event.
Bro stop lying. I know Bahamut was on dat ass. I know he was on dat ass because hes was sure fire on my ass, ayo pause. And Ultimanic+? Bro is just a whole different type of monster. Ever since Sister Freide from dark souls Bahamut is the second boss that has made me give up on a game for about a month. Next time i came back i built up a "GG strat" and killed him, like dude my armpits and hands never sweated so badly i bet my controller was crying from the saturation of human filth.
Not to be mean but to Clive but Ultima made a poor choice in a God form to hold all his power and Bahamut proved it. Dion is the real Mythos clive is just temporarily holding the spot for him.
@@felixortiz257 I really didnt struggle against bahamut tbh, now the spider from echos fallen? Traumatized me.
@NikZedika I aint good with names bro! I'm sorry! I don't even play that much final fantasy, more of a kingdom hearts guy.
@NikZedika Yeah, i mean nomarua was trying to pivot away from final fantasy characters in kh3, untill remind atleast lol, but uh yeah, i wouldn't mind more final fantasy bosses, bare minimum i want to rematch sephiroth again.
Overleveled Groudon vs Kyogre while Drizzles active 😢
THIS FIGHT WAS BS😂😂😂
@@ENJY322because of type advantage or element advantage or something else
Serpents are not whales
@youarealwaysright6892 underrated comment
For me it was one of the most challenging, difficult and frustrating battles in the entire game, but also one of the most spectacular. Leviathan lives up to its good name as a very powerful sea monster, probably one of the strongest Eikons ever.
Tfw this whole dlc is just basically one hell of a babysitting side quest
Literally, the music is just peak experience
Let Soken cook
This was the true ending we wanted all along to see all of them together but oh well😭😭😭
I think it would have been a nice touch starting at 16:33 you could hear Waljas eikon distorted cry with Leviathan's roar as the sky darkens and the storm forms and during Angry Seas. Gives the feeling of one pissed baby.
I honestly think this was the best FF Leviathan fight ever.
now this is a Final Fantasy real time fight I have always wante to see in all series
I thought FFXV's fight with Leviathan was dope, this tops that fight by far, I wish the Arete Stone for the boss fights actually just went too the boss fights rather than have you do the whole dungeon/stage again
You can see skips in the video, cause man this fight is hard.
The Troubled Waters sequence is unforgiving.
I noticed that too, when his Firelight count would go back up to 6. I don't blame him of course, I'd be more surprised if he could do this on a single life, cuz damn Leviathan was a hard fight.
@@Havrrics No one can do it on 1st try and no damage or one life can only be done after practice.
16:50 so you're telling me that i could've just dashed to the sides to avoid that shit???????? I thought It was a attack that you had to tank (even worse since I was in FF dif and underleved). Now I feel dumb
thats what i did
In FF mode this attack will kill you.
Sea kaiju vs fire demon... this is great fight after titan
Bahamut is really fire too
@@fenixloder don't forget 1 vs 1 barnabas is the best
Odin really takes the cake😈🔥
@@Wing-Zero-si1eu odin hmm
After a super janky & easy leviathan fight from 15 & now we got the best leviathan fight in any Final Fantasy game where its the same level Peak has bahamut & titan fight, challenging, Hard , Kick ass music, Good Lore behind leviathan Eikon & Decent expansion DLC overall
This definitely looks better, as much as I liked FF15 the Leviathan fight in that was...meh it was Final form Sora but with mechanics that are a bit dumbed down in my opinion. Happy FF16 made the boss fights epic.
This was the hardest boss fight I've had in years, and I played Elden Ring, DS1, etc.
On FF mode that is.
@@Bahamut3525Did you play both dlc's? Echoes of the fallen seems kinda boring, but this one looks great, you recommend both?
@@GeoAlex1 Both are very good. Echoes is basically just a short dungeon with a cool boss fight, but its still very fun. And the accessories and levels you get doing that are good to prepare you for Rising Tide. Rising Tide adds new location, new lore for final Eikon, excellent bosses, and also a very tough endgame called kairos gate. I honestly strongly recommend this DLC esp if you want more difficulty. Difficulty and boss wise, this was the most enjoyable content in the game for me. Echoes of the fallen is a little boring until you get to the tower, but that takes like 10-15min.
@@Bahamut3525 I bought Rising Tide and it's amazing, maybe I buy Echoes after
When leviathan did the second tsunami and clive goes "not this time!" I was like "i hope you know what youre doin clive...wait hes NOT gonna make a fire tsunami is HE!?" AND HE FCKN DID
I swear every time I hear the theme song of the battles with the Leviathan or one of the monsters men that s*** gives me goosebumps
Press the attack! FFXIV "Through the Maelstrom/Blinding Indigo" remix starts playing.
I just realized, I think this fight might be so hard in-game is because Ifrit is holding back. He doesn’t want to hurt Waljas, he just wants to calm him down, so he’s not going all-out. If Clive was trying to kill Leviathan with everything he had, he probably could have done so easily. But he’s not, thus the fight is harder for us cause he’s not using his full strength.
Great video! Very helpful, thanks! :)
Them 🌳🌲 looked real as hell and with the 🌧🌪 sick 😂
the Elden Beast attacks in second phase 😂
Water & Fire Element!!! Become New Wind Elemental Beings!!! 🔥💧🔥💧
Ok, I'm now at the new level cap of 110, I have the reinforced Eludium gear, as well as the Original Sin weapon. I started another NG+ with all that, yet I STILL feel like I'll die a bunch to this overgrown pool noodle.
Bro what are the combos you do in that timer fight I keep dying and dying it’s too fucking hard to defeat
This is why i do love FF 16 cuz the action really intense better than the other FF series, the summons is cool, the visual's stunning
This was an exceptionally hard fight, really great DLC. Omega was a nice challenge too
This fight aged me by ten years
Awesome job keep up the good work
Damn beating up an 80+ year old infant throwing a tantrum in a form of a sea serpent is craaaazzzy. Good DLC tho
Bro I cannot break his shield in time no matter what. I’ve tried everything
You should spam your skills everytime it available. And if he push you back, dash as quickly as possible to attack him
@@Exodia_99 yeah I was doing that, broke it eventually 1 second before he cast Tsunumi. But Jesus Christ that’s terrible level design
Yes!! Same here. 1st fight was at lvl 50, after many fails, i came back as a lvl 54 and i still cant beat him before the tsunami. Super frustrating!!
Feel like ive heard this song before
Massive callback to "Through the Maelstrom" from Final Fantasy XIV.
Soken is a master of his craft.
It also plays in the Awakening trailer for FF16 towards the second half of it
I've never seen or heard of this series and I'm surprised because this is too beautiful
You should really play FF16, the whole game is beautiful.
@@Darth_Xionnand this fight is one of the tamer ones, i’d say.

Someone forgot magic burst was a thing
Literally Hydrogen baby vs Coughing Bomb lmao
Sheesh a Baby Dominant!? Imagine how powerful is he as an adult!! Plus would Leviathan's size consider as baby size?😅
Nope, the only thing that changes with age is the Dominant's ability of controlling his/her Eikon.
The strength and size remain the same.

Why clive says garuda will be proud
Because leviathan’s waterspout similar to garuda’s tornado.
@@BAOTRAN-xm9de ohh ok thanks
Makes you wonder what is really the difference between ramuh garuda and leviathan if they can all make storms and winds
If it is to hard. Don't forget you can still use the Rings.
I had to because my R1 Button dosen't really work anymore like it sould.😂
The Troubled Waters part made me feel complete pain and suffering because I’m an idiot at this game.😢
that’s what it did to everyone
I can't quite tell, is Leviathan bigger than Titan (length wise), or is Titan taller than Leviathan is long? Of course, Titan is still the biggest Eikon, I'm just curious.
Titan. He’s over 350 meters
@@iammicrochip156 are you talking about Titan Lost? I'm referring to regular Titan.
With Levi body bend like in dps check phase, titan is easily the tallest. But if you stretch leviathan's body I think he is longer than titan's height
Man i was lucky to break the shield when it was 1 seconds left
FFXV's Hydraean: Meh. We were better. Right?
FFXIV's Leviathan: You might be right
He just Rasengan it to the face!!😂😂
Is it more or Do I hear a Kirby soundtrack in levitations theme?
Through the Maelstrom!!!!!! I knew it Soken!!!
what a way to go out in ff16!! loved this game. wishes there were alot more game play. After final fantasy x this is in my number 2 spot! Much love to the creator of this game! ❤
So now they can use their power freely without scaring about turning into stone?
Cant wait to see this on xbox
How many DLC's does This game have and their names?
2. Echoes of the Fallen and The Rising Tide.
with this i expect no more dlc which means pc version will be done soon. except if torgal power awakening dlc surprises us

I cant seem to beat this part. Im always running out of time. Its getting reqlly frustrating
Don’t forget to make use of magic burst at the end of your combos. Does a ton of damage.
I need to know the OST in the very beginning!!
🔥 🔥 🔥
badass
Badass
Tough battle
Fr I'm pissed off that im stuck in this bullshit but i cant be too mad cause its still badass
This explains why in my school vr game, Ifriet returned in the game (he has been absent for 15 chapters and made a cameo in chapter 215 Holy Havoc in the form of Clive) and it seemed that Ifriet had hit the gym big time (he back to being playable but with upgraded attacks and has 3 boss fights 1 double Deal and 2 Single ready to mingle)
…
Does anyone else wan eel sushi after watching this?
I can't get over the shield Phase in the fight. Is there a way to do more damage?
I had the same problem. Had to go back and level up. Ifrit scales with clive’s power. I saw a huge difference when i went back at level cap.
@@enzoapacible1083well i cant really do that cause my load is the beginning of the water tornado fight id have to redo the whole fucking dlc what level are you?
@@damienorr4800you need to be perfect with the combos, i had to try multiple times too, use trianagle skill imediatelly at the beginning and then the square one in the red area and use the normal attack combo 4 times square 2 times triangle
7:35 I think leviathan is the only eikon to make their own dimension? Closest thing to that is Barnabas cutting creation.
Now I really want to see Barnabas fight leviathan considering Barnabas could split the sea.
I think Omega? It's an artificial eikon, sure, but it was designed to be one.
This somehow reminds me a bit of the Orphan of Kos from Bloodborne...

Wow
The great Leviathan the monster the dartz of yu gi oh 😮
till sea shallows all
One of the most epic boss fight i have ever seen, the Ragnarok battle is not even close in term of spectacle 🤩
Dude what the fuck am i doing wrong!?! I cannot get his press the attack phase down.
Don’t forget to use magic burst to your advantage at the end of your combos. Does a ton of damage.
Is it good dlc? Waiting for your review bro.. dont want to see it yet 😂
Yes, absolutely. There’s a whole new area to explore in this one. It’s much better than the first DLC.
lmao rasengan moment right there
Huh Leviathans design is pretty much the same as FFXV with a few bits of changes here and there😂 It was a kinda predictable especially when you saw its figure in the Mural
Bhai ya game ka naam kya hai
final fantasy 16, this is DLC rising tide
In this fight, in my opinion, Leviathan was superior; Ifrit cheated a bit at the end lol
He was completely in its element though, like Kupka who became a beast in the final phase of Rosalith Castle because he was amidst the crypts made of stone.
Leviathan was buffed as fuck in this fight.
Damn i wasnt doing enough damage 😢
No leviathan is in control.he just hoping the baby can take over but that made no sensw
Umm CPS? Come get him. Dude just beat up what is basically a 1 month year old baby.
Hydrogen Bomb VS Coughing Baby
Aur ya mobile mein chala ga
its not on mobile lol this is on Ps5, FF16
I’m convinced that Square Enix also hired the people who made Dark Souls, because half of Leviathan’s attacks are unfair/barley avoidable. 😂
I still enjoyed the fight and Sokken COOKED with this one.
To be honest I found the attacks quite readable and rarely got hit.
The problems came with the third phase. Had to be perfect there.
It’s going to be the year 2059 and there will *still* be QTEs.
This fights annoying me he hides in that stupid little shield and then tsunamis everything i just dont understand why we cant upgrade ifrits powers and do more damage cause this is horse shit
Edit: im max level now and i still SOMEHOW aint getitng it my attacks arent charging fast enough and im left very close to breaking the shield but not doing it idk what to do anymore...
Ifrit scales with Clive
@@Rageouz I am aware however it would be nice to upgrade ifrit and have stronger attacks and or gain more

These graphics are not so bad though
Death Stranding?
Ifrit be the most try hard eikon out there LMAOOOO
baby neuvillette
Man, this fight dragged on for waaaaay too long. I get it, it's supposed to be super epic, but slowly chipping away at a seasnake's health that is constantly flying all over the place when your most effective regular moves are all close-range just doesn't feel good. And that sequence where you have to press the attack in a perfect way lest you want to get insta-killed was BS, as well.

bruh this is just pokemon except there is no level cap
In this case, it's actually 110.
