Scrambled and cheesy is best. A bit more work , caprese, with caramelized tomatoes (cherry) in balsamic vinegar. Followed with scrambling the eggs with garlic/jarlic. Mix in some mozzarella,. Combine with the tomatoes, top with a bit of Parmesan and some basil or baby spinach.
I've never met an egg I didn't like. Even that overcooked crispy one you mentioned can be made tolerable with some heat, pepper, and legit truffle salt, and those dry cafeteria scrambled eggs are begging for some hot sauce and melted cheese, IMHO. My two favorites are poached eggs with aforementioned pepper and truffle salt, and an omelet with good cheddar and something spicy.
Soft scambled in butter, with cheese and diced Spam. Deviled. Is it kinda funny someone can only eat 2 or 3 scrambled or fried eggs, but that same someone, can eat a dozen deviled eggs with no problem! 🤔😉👍🏻😎🍳
My preferred egg is the French Eggs Magda but normally I go sunny side up cooked just until the whites are firm. My least favorite is with salsa or any acid mixed in before cooking. It makes them rubbery.
Scrambled with lots of butter at home. Hard bolied while camping. I agree they have to be silky. Isn't the proper cooking of eggs how you judge the caliber of a good chef?
I do not like them overcooked or sitting for a long time after cooking (with the exception of pickled eggs). Other than that I prefer variation. Today it may be soft boiled tommorow it could scrambled with or without bacon. On occassion it´s Scotch eggs.
I like my eggs IN A CAKE.
That's how my wife likes eggs
Got it, eggcake…

Scrambled. Always scrambled
I love eggs cooked any style to Goldilocks perfection, not too hard, not too soft, not too dry, not too wet.
Scrambled with cheese & meat In all of the scrambled forms, omelet, scramble bowl, ect. & hard boiled are my favorites.
Thanks!
Fave method is Poached with a soft yolk, preferably on a slice of toast with some mushrooms. Al the limey
Sunny side up, with a drop of Tabasco sauce in/on the yolk. Yum.
Over easy on toast with salt, cracked pepper, and sriracha. Any yolk that gets on the plate is then soaked up on the end of the bread. The best part.

I just put garlic butter in my scrambled eggs this morning and it was delicious.
there we go!
Poached and soft! Deeee-licious.
I like them scrambled, poached, over easy, hard boiled in an omelet, with chorizo, all ways. I love me some eggs. 😊
Regardless of how they’re prepared I do not want them over cooked

Yes indeed Reno, adding things to bad eggs will make them taste slightly better. But least fav eggs at their core are pretty bad

As long as they are fully cooked and not runny or have any visible liquid still, I'm eating them.
“How are you making them?” Though I do prefer bread if I’m having runny yolks.

Indeed, can be one!
Over medium! :)
Cheesy scrambled soft with hot sauces is pretty dang good too! I had some in a breakfast burrito after a 15k run this morning
And oh man, YES hotel scrambled super hard overdone is the worst. Utterly flavorless slop.
No runny egg whites, otherwise not overcooked. But the latter is the lesser evil.
And hot sauce or anchovies paste
I’ll take my eggs with chickpea flour substitute “scrambled with fake bacon jerky with an English muffin “Egg McMuffin” style.
How do I like my eggs? Yes.
I think I've only met one egg in my life that I didn't like and that was a Century Egg.
Over easy over corned beef hash that is slightly crispy
Deviled

I like my eggs still in the chicken
Moo!
cant stand runny whites... a runny yolk with an almost fried white, or a nice omelets gotta be my favorite
I do not want runny egg whites 🤢
agree. interesting it's only a few seconds to go from gross to perfect.
Any form other than raw.
I do not want eggs raw in any form. Batter dough morning workout drink just NO! I will take them cooked prepared in any form fashion
