    I encourage anyone who begins watching this video to continue through to the end.
    Nathaniel has simplified my understanding of how bass, drum, and rhythm work in a way I never considered.
    This in turn has helped me so much in composing music.
    Thanks ✌️

    WOW! Jason, this lesson is just awesome --- it's like 10 lessons in one video! This brings together a lot of ideas as a complete blending of playing techniques,
    that would otherwise just be separate pieces. It's always good to see the bigger picture, and how those pieces can be used together. I'm still a novice player, but you are pulling together exactly all the topics that I'm ready for.😎👍👍

    • @nathanielschool
      @nathanielschool  3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Of course. This already took about 50 minutes to shoot Bruce. With just one rhythm pattern. But the same process applies for any patten over any subdivision. A very common thing which I practice in most of my lessons with students

      Love the way Jason says the 32 min video took only 50 minutes to do…..it’s taken me a week to half master just the both hands bit at 17.52 and still struggling. I think he has forgotten how difficult it all is for late starters!!! Brilliant tutoring.

    thank you Jason you are the master of rhythm.
    i applied this to a piece im learning with difficult RH chords & it brought Joy to my practice.
    Rhythm is essential yet it doesnt get much emphasis in Jazz or classical & this is probably why these forms arent so popular?

    Fantastic approach and value for the patreons !! I thought Natural Em scale just 2b and the Harmonic Em had this plus 6b and 7b? You talk of E Natural minor here at beginning of video having the three flats…..as per your other video saying the Harmonic Minor is the more used scale.
