I may continue doing them…making a decision this morning. Is daily too often in your opinion?
@@TheKurtlocker I’d say daily is too often, yes. Too often takes away the novelty in a way and also seems like it would be a grind to create.
As for the training vlog, I like seeing your strongman programing. I’m pretty unfamiliar with the sport (powerlifter) but I am a little curious. Keep it up 👍🏻
