    68 YEARS IN TRAINING SINCE 1956 AS A 4-YEAR OLD KID... NO RESULTS IN THE GYMS ALL AROUND THE GLOBE SINCE 1973 ... GOT BLESSED WITH A TRX PRO-3 FOR TEN DAYS AGO... MY DELTS AND ARMS STARTS TO FILL OUT... AT LAST... OK... I'M IN !!

    Thanks sir I used to do 5 4 hrs work out and heavy on pull ups and shoulders blablabla now I’m doing rehab shoulder thanks for the videos this is really help full

    Hi Adam,
    I’m just discovering the TRX, and have been basically just mucking about and playing around a few times a week for the last few months. I’ve just recently discovered and subscribed to your channel. I’m super impressed with your attitude, your physique and your emphasis on the key mind-muscle connection. Thank you for what you do; how long would I have been doing all the wrong things if your channel wasn’t available.
    I’m just trying to get technique down now, rather than training per se. I’ve already made all the mistakes you say not to do, ie just moving rather than isolating a particular muscle, and so I’m getting nearer to actually training but I’m not quite there yet. (There’s no hurry as far as I’m concerned). Apart from wanting to express my thanks and appreciation, I wanted to ask you about stretching. During my first foray into TRX, I noticed my shoulder mobility isn’t what it might be (I’m 57), so I became interested in the stretching side of things. I notice that when you stretch after finishing a particular set, you seem to stretch without using the TRX. I know that you stretch when actually performing a rep, but it seems not to be the case after the completion of a set. To my untrained eye, I would have thought the TRX could be put to use for stretching too; perhaps not in every case, but at least in some instances.
    Is there a reason why you don’t use the TRX to stretch after a particular set?

      Hi there, great to hear you're beginning your fitness freedom journey with TRX training and thank you very much for your kind words. Master technique before hard work and the mind-muscle connection, and the results are exponentially greater.
      In terms of stretching after, it all depends on the experience and level. It's something I go into detail within my Programs - trxtraveller.com/trx-programs/ It's not really required at a beginner-intermediate level in my opinion. However, absolutely no harm in doing it, in whatever way you can get a better stretch on the intended muscle - the better. If that means the TRX works for you, go for it. It's the stretch on the isolated muscle that is important, regardless of the tool used to do so.

    Do you have any advice for people that have a weak shoulder (that can pop out?)

      I would recommend focusing on strengthening and building up your rear deltoid muscle. Using TRX Facepulls and TRX T's are very good for this.
      Secondly, focus on your body's foundations - your back, hamstrings and glutes. It's an easy mentality to not develop well, what you can't see. Strong foundations are needed to grow from, always.
