- This tutorial covers how to add your signature to a photo in Luminar Neo regardless of whether it contains transparency. I cover adding logos and watermarks, changing them from black to white and vice versa, and also only showing the pixels from the logo, not the background - without the need for any masking.

Lightroom is better in this, you can select multiple pictures ,export and just select your logo in the export screen. .So you don't have to do this in each foto.....But i use Luminar more,and i hope they will do the same in the future...

Set it up as a preset to batch apply.

Yes, but it's a slight workaround. I'll see if I can do a video on it.

@@wielpaquay1932 2 step process, first your edit and export of all the photos. Then apply a secondary preset just made to add the signature. Sync across all photos. Export, done. Hope that helps

Thanks this is awesome! I love luminar AI, I'm going to get Neo this week with my hard earned photography $ from last year. Can't wait to be updated. If I don't have fast or steady internet service, what would you recommend for NEO options?
Excellent stuff. So the AI generative technologies need internet connection so you may not get the most out of those (but tbh I don't really use them much anyway) Personally I'm a fan of the buy once and own it idea, but as Skylum have tried to get more people onto the subscription model they've more heavily incentivized those options. Currently, 24months for $139 is a very good deal. I struggle sometimes to find the exact center, if I need to put my watermark in the bottom center of a photo (or top center).
Is there any easier way than to put my ruler on the screen (...yeah I know...) to find the middle of the photo? Thank you!
There's no ruler tool as you know, but one way could be to either create digitally - or take an accurate photo of something with the midway point marked and then temporarily load it as a layer to help guide your positioning. Or even just turn on the crop tool for a second - it has the centre marked on the top and bottom parts of the tool boundary. Just a couple of ideas...

How did you rotate the signature on an angle?
grab the corner handles. Click and hold then move the mouse to rotate.

Yeah, unfortunately no one's making you a free logo. But they are both affordable options if it is something you're considering.

@@AnthonyTurnham I just use PhotoScape X and select a written cursive style of font in the color I wish and save it as a template and it is available forevermore. Now of course if I am really concerned about theft, then I could add as a layer and reduce opacity if desired but likely I don't have anything worth stealing and anyone that wants to "borrow" I let them know -- ok but just leave my signature. Seems to have worked so far.
Luminar Neo still does not support Nikon High Efficiency format RAW files. They will not process refunds if you purchased expecting file support like you get from all the other apps like Lightroom. They promise they will add the support in the "future" but will not let you pause your subscription until that happens. NIKON SHOOTERS STAY AWAY.
Not to throw a spanner in the works, but I shoot with Nikon gear and I'm all good for editing with Neo. Regarding the new and ingenius HENEF format, it's going to be a while before a lot of editors support that format. It's not Luminar specific. So rather than "Nikon shooters stay away", it's more a case of if you want to use a High Efficiency Raw workflow, then Neo isn't the right choice. However, the original and still mostly used nef format is supported.
I am sorry to hear they're not willing to stop your subscription though. Although perhaps their argument would be that you have other file formats available to you to use with your camera. idk.
@@AnthonyTurnham I get that, but giving up half my disk space for the larger file format is pretty expensive just to use Neo’s pretty filters.
